They were punctual and we had to reschedule and that was no problem. They went right to work. They were very efficient. They cleaned the driveway very well. They filled the cracks well. Seemed to do an excellent job.

Two men appeared as scheduled. Spent considerable time on filling many cracks, hand scrapped and cleaned cracks/gaps, edge, blow and sweep. Working team very cautious not to allow coat to run onto concrete or surrounding areas. Completed work in a couple hours. Initial results are good, very satisfied with process; the proof is in the results a couple months from now.

Premium Sealcoat (513 459-3077) sealed our driveway , but did so with average results: - They took a minimal amount of time to seal a few relatively minor cracks before coating. However, about a dozen remained that would have taken 10 minutes to seal. Even the cracks they did seal needed additional work. I bought a tube of crack sealer and finished the project myself. - Adjoining concrete was covered with coating. While not a major issue, it was not something that I nor other seal coating companies did. - A significant amount of sealant is in the grass next to the driveway. Again, not a major issue, but one that is easily avoided. Based on my personal experience coating the driveway as well as using other companies, I would give Premium Sealcoat an average rating. However, I, like most consumers, expect higher than average service, and therefore, will select a different provider next time.

Showed up on time, did the work in an efficient manner and left the place clean. Can't really ask for much more.

They were polite and professional on the phone. They were booked for a few weeks when I called, but scheduled a service date for abut 3 weeks later. They arrived on the appointed date; we were at work; when we came home, the driveway had been sealed and looked great!

The telephone conversations went well. The individual who had me sign the work order spoke very little English and I did not receive a receipt, although my check served the purpose. When the sealing dried I noticed streaks throughout the driveway. I called Premium and yesterday they resealed the entire driveway at no additional cost. I have not seen any streaks this time around. I was pleased with the service.

I called Premium Sealcoat on 9/30/11 requesting a quote by 10/7/11. They said that one week was plenty of time to come out but then never did. When I called on 10/7/11 at 4:30pm to see why they did not want my business, the woman said they had been very busy and were not able to make it. She said she'd check and see when they could come out but I told her not to bother and she was like "Fine" like she didn't even care. A few minutes later, I got a call from her husband (I let it go to voicemail because I was on the phone with another company booking an appointment for the next day) who left a message who said he looked on Google Earth to see my driveway and he quoted me a price. First of all, why couldn't he have done that in the previous week, second, the company that did do the driveway recommended a second coat due to the roughness of my driveway...something Google Earth wouldn't have shown (and it wasn't that much more expensive and totally worth it). If Premium were that busy, they could have called and told me or rescheduled. Waiting until a week had gone by and for me to call - totally unprofessional. And if they can't give quotes in a reasonable amount of time and don't care they lose business tells you a lot about how they handle customers.

I scheduled the service online after receiving a flyer. which was very convenient. The crew arrived, cleaned the driveway, edged the lawn and applied the sealcoat. They were very neat and cleaned up afterwards.

Very good. They covered nearly every crack with sealcoat protectant and were respectful of my lawn and landscaping around the blacktop driveway.

The crew arrived within the window specified and performed the work quickly and efficiently. I have no complaints and would hire them again to do similar work.

I called a little over a week before family was coming to my home for a wedding. I had no idea that these companies booked up so much in advance. I made several calls to blacktop companies but was not able to find one who could send someone within the next week. Premium Sealcoat was able to work me into their schedule. They were very accommodating. The amount I paid was high in comparison to other quotes, but they were also making arrangements to fit me into their busy schedule. They arrived on the agreed upon date and time. The work they provided was professional and neat. I would recommend them to anyone.

Delivered as promised. The job was well done and on time. The extra patch job could have used some additional compaction, but otherwise I am well pleased.
