Description of Work: It's a family business and it was the grandson of the founder who helped me. Very polite and efficient young man. I needed two new deadbolts installed and one old one re-keyed. He had all the parts and equipment with him and made 3 additional keys when I asked. On time, actually a few minutes early. I had another older doorjamb that drove me nuts sticking. He drilled it out a bit, no charge, and now that headache is also over.

Description of Work: I called in the morning and they came out the same day. I needed a lock replaced and two doors re-keyed. The locks the builder installed are no longer manufactured, but they knew exactly how to work with them. The front door lock was sticking, so they essentially rebuilt it at no additional charge. They were very professional, and it turns out that this is a third generation local business. The father and son were the ones that did the work.

 + -1 moreHE HAD TO TAKE APART MY WHOLE IGNITION COLUMN, AND THE WHOLE JOB TOOK HIM ABOUT TWENTY MINUTES. I THOUGHT THAT WAS REALLY QUICK, BUT THREE HUNDRED SEEMS LIKE A LOT OF MONEY FOR THAT.
