I have a difficulty to put my key into the ignition of 2003 Honda Pilot. I called him on Friday and he agreed to fix it on the next day (even he is not going to be at the shop on Saturday). I dropped the car at his house and he fixed it in a couple hours. He even gave me a discount since I drove the car to his house. The key is working well now. A new ignition cylinder will cost much more at the dealership and you have to use two different keys for the ignition and doors. Thanks John!

very unprofessional. girl (believe was his daughter) at counter was on her cel phone and acted like was I was bothering her by coming in. she never disconnected from her call, just told the person on the other end to hold on until she found out what I wanted, called for the key maker and then went back to her conversation. when the key was made, she was the person to take the money and she was still on the phone and never even said thanks. additionally I was led to believe that they were a business by the same name that had been in my hometown, but found out later they were not. there was another customer there at the same time also commenting on the lack of professionalism, and his case, the unfulfilled promises as to the completion of his order. I have not and will not return to this business.

By re-setting the latch plates, I was again able to lock my doors. One of the latch plates for the locks was out of alignment, as was the other one. Had two seperate people put in those doors, only to find out, neither one of them were locking.

They were prompt and came out the same day that I called them and was there about 1 hour. I was pleased with their service and would gladly use them again.

I had a car whose key had worn down and failed to turn over the ignition. They were willing to come out in the late evening to my home to make a new key and if necessary, install a new ignition. It turned out that the original key was meant for a different type of car and in any case was a key cut subject to rapid wear (e.g., it would eventually turn the ignition over, but required thirty minutes of so of fussing with it). They made two new keys, which worked great (ignition and doors easily turned over using the keys they made). The cost was approximately $105 (about $60 for the service call if I recall correctly and the remainder for the key). I used my AAA Plus benefit and actually spent $5 out of pocket. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Fast service. Responded to replace all locks in under an hour after call. Took 30 min to do them. A+. Would back them in a bar fight!

I called this company because of their good reviews on Angies List. The person who helped me on the phone asked a lot of questions to make sure they came to my house with the right equipment and parts for the job. I wanted all three outside doors of the house to use the same key, and all three doors to have both a lock on the knob and a deadbolt. The installer was polite and concerned about cleanliness and not taking up too much of my time. He noticed another lock, which he was also able to key the same. He offered to make extra keys for me, which was handy. I was very happy with the work, all the locks work well, and I would certainly recommend them to others.

I like them; they were good. The job went fine. He was very polite and they were very prompt and I was satisfed with what they did.

He went out of his way to get me a lock for my patio door. He was excellent. He went out of his way to see that things were done right. The lock on my patio door was not very good and had to find a good lock for it. He went online and searched several days until he found the one he wanted for me and got it.

Showed up right on time and got right to work. Got all locks rekeyed in short order and cleaned up behind himself. Would definitely recommend and use again.

They guy was very friendly. He arrived in less time then he estimated and finished the job faster than he thought he would.

He asked about my issue and when I explained the details of what was going on, he walked me through a possible way to get my safe open. He said to call him back if that didn't work. I tried his suggestion and it worked beautifully! I thought he was a very honorable businessman...he could have very easily scheduled a service call to make some money even though he suspected there might be a fix I could handle myself. I will definitely call him in the future.
