They were very professional and very neat and did really good work.

Chris showed up on time for the online scheduled appointment and got our quote to us promptly. They were able to do our job within a week of us choosing them and the job was completed in one day. This was a removal of an old patio cover and installation of a new much larger cover. The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable and the finished product is beautiful. Better than we had even expected. I definitely recommend spending the extra money for the insulated top panels. It’s a very smooth, clean look and very strong (it will easily support two men walking on it).

Excellent service

The guy who installed my patio awning had over 25 years experience, so he was definitely well qualified and that was very obvious. There is a section aside from the basic awning installation that needs some attention, but that is something the owner said he would fix. All aluminum, prepainted and we got our choice of a few colors. It is vey durable and rainoff was handled nicely with matching colored downspout. I'd hire them again.

Jerry, the installer was very polite and didn't even stop to take a lunch. The front and back porches look so amazing. The quality of the work and product is superb. A lady drove by and stopped to ask for a card, she loved the transformation as I also do. I can't say enough, I wish I had a sign out front for people to have access to information. A job well done. Once again, Jerry the installer was one of the best workers we have had here doing a job. He cleaned up and left it in great shape and didn't even mess up our flower beds. Thank you so much. excellent installation of my patio cover,when he got here it started raining,,he unloaded his truck .but he hung around and started working in between rain drops, and finished it and it looks AMAZING,and this man done it all by himself,i was really impressed with his work attitude,i would hire GIANT again if i could get him......excellent work

We purchased an insulated patio cover and are very pleased with the finished product. It is much sturdier than the cover it replaced and makes an attractive addition to our home. All work was completed in a day, the installers did a great job, and pricing was reasonable. We would not hesitate to hire Giant Factory Direct for a future project!

The owner, Chris, gave his personal attention for our project from showing the style of the awning, estimation of cost, and completion of project. As a matter of fact the cost was reduced from the estimate which was very much appreciated. The company supports military personnel and veterans. The installer was both professional and knowledgeable about the product he installed and cleaned up the construction area well. The awing looks awesome! I would highly recommend this company. Chris Cornett the owner was honest, reliable and excellent to work with. The installer (Ken) that came to my house performed quality work and exceeded all expectations that I had. They both answered any questions that I had in a thorough manner (without making me feel stupid). Both were professional and actually listened to us and installed exactly what I was looking for. Not only did he install an awning, they also fixed my siding and install gutter guards. I am extremely satisfied with the end results and would hire Chris again.
