We bought a patio cover in 2018 from Giant Factory Direct and were very satisfied with the quality and appearance of the product. But it was destroyed when a nearby tree was uprooted in a storm and fell across the patio. Chris worked with us to have the old cover hauled away and replaced with a new one. We expect to be able to enjoy this patio cover for many years to come!

We had Chris come out to give us an estimate on adding a cover over our existing deck and tie it into our screen room. He was very professional on his discussion with us on different options and what we would expect to see when complete. His team came out and installed the metal cover in a very timely manner and answered all my questions while they were installing the cover. I would highly recommend using Chris and his installers for your next project.

Giant installed a deck awning for us. Chris came out, measured, explained the entire process and sent us an itemized quote down to the type of screws being used. Adam and his crew were very respectful of our property during the process. We didn't have to remove any deck furnishings and they replaced everything when finished. The awning looks fantastic! Tish from the office kept us informed throughout the process, including arrival and departure times of the crew. They didn't ask for any payment until they were finished and we were happy with the outcome. We highly recommend this very professional and exceptional company.

Worked with us to figure out what we wanted, explained our options and how the system worked. Willingly answered and explained any and all questions I had (even after the initial visit). Install crew was efficient, timely and did an outstanding job on the install. The awning makes a huge difference on our patio (which was drenched in sunlight all day long). Would definitely recommend them and would kick myself for for not doing this a few years ago!

They gave me the best price and quickest service, from the time I got my estimate to installation was in the same week, they have very knowledgeable, courteous and clean workers.

Cannot say enough nice things about this company and our awning. From start to finish, Chris was accessible and responsive to our questions. He and his team kept us updated throughout the process and crossed all t's and dotted all i's with the necessary permits and inspections. Chris personally came to look at the awing after it was installed to make sure that we were satisfied. We have wanted a covered back awning for years and finally decided to pull the trigger with Giant. The product exceeded our expectations and have transformed the use of our back patio from being a hot piece of concrete that gets direct sunlight all year long to an expansion of our living space. Installation was quick and we have had several days of rain since it was installed. No leaks and the integrated gutter system works like a charm. If you are considering a covered back patio, I highly recommend that you check them out. Exceptional product at a fair price.

The crew Chris and Adam answered all of my questions, they were very respectable to me and did a tremendous installation. Cleaned up as tho no one was here. The sales rep. (Dan) explained everything that would be happening and explained the awning structure in detail with me. I having been receiving complements from my neighbors. This Company is TOP NOTCH!!

We are very pleased with the work on installing an awning on our back deck. The installers were on time and cleaned up after they were done. They did an excellent job. The customer service was also excellent, thank you Dan and Ashley.

looks beautiful, but have a issue with the awning being not quite level, so water is staying at the opposite end where gutter is.
