Description of Work: My rider was in bad shape and needed a pro to fix it. They picked up the mower and let me know ahead of time the cost. Very nice transaction.

Description of Work: This company overhauled my lawn tractor that I've owned approximately 11 years. I've never had work done on it by a professional, but the ex would do his best to keep it in running condition while we still spoke for 10 out of the 11 years since our divorce. The blades never engaged in the "high" position and the steering and "turtle to bunny" throttle was difficult to move. Since L B Adams overhauled my lawn tractor, it works on the high setting, can be steered with one finger and runs better than it ever has. I would highly recommend them. The pickup and delivery is incredibly convenient for a working person and their response was prompt. The company kept me apprised of their progress and truly delivered everything they promised....on time. Can't really rate the price because I've never used this type of service before. Kudos L B Adams on another satisfied customer!

Description of Work: Tune up of lawnmower spark plug etc. When returned to me I had nothing but a hard time trying to start the mower and used it only a few times that season and winter came. Next season I could not start the mower and complained to them at Adams. She said they would look at it again for another service charge. I bought a new mower as this one was getting old but was not happy with the service I received

They call you 1-2 days before they are planning to return your mower to make sure that it is okay with you. They give you the total amount so that you can have a check ready for them.
