I called LB Adams and they came out the next day to pick up the mower. All was promissing and i was quite impressed with the "initial" responsiveness. I was told the mower would be returned in about a week and they guaranteed it to work. However, that is when my experience soured. I called two weeks later to check the status and was forced to leave at least 3 voice mails but got no response. It was finally 3 weeks when they finally answered the phone and my mower was returned the next day in fine "working order" but the deck was still filthy dirty. So in summary, i thought the price was very good given the pickup and delivery, but the timelines and responsiveness was lacking. Yes, i would use them again but would be more demanding on the returned date.

They responded quickly after a call and have a good estimate policy in place; if you don't like their price they will bring your tractor back for a minimal cost. They found a shorting wire in my tractor's electircal system and fixed it as well as performing normal maintenance that was due.

They were awesome! They picked my lawnmower up the day after I called--I didn't even have to be at home (which was good since I work). They estimated about a week which I thought was reasonable but finished ahead of schedule in 5 days. They performed exactly the service requested and also recommended a new blade. I was impressed with their honesty and integrity. Since my lawnmower had been sitting idle for such a long time, they could have told me it needed all kinds of repair work, and I wouldn't have known the difference. They returned my mower--again when I was not at home--and picked up the check I had left on the porch. The mower works great! And the price was very fair. I would highly recommend this company. This was about as easy as it gets!

L.B. Adams is actually out in Mogadore and not as close as their website had indicated when I looked them up so there was a pick up and return charge I had not planned BUT not they do not gauge and it is reasonable considering I'm up in North Royalton and I had to do nothing in the loading/unloading process and they were Very prompt on both the pick and return. The mower had been inherited and not heavily used but not really maintained so there were repairs that had to be made and the whole mower had to be tweaked, sharpened and rebalanced from top to bottom. Oh yeah, and they cleaned the whole mower up too! Looked brand new. Would really be happy to use it if it had pontoons since my yard currently resembles a pond with waterfalls.

The company was fantastic. They were very nice, knew what they were doing and best of all, picked up and delivered. My mower had stopped working as far as the automatic drive went. It needed a tune up as well, so we called them and they came two days later to pick it up. We left it in front of the house. They found the problem and also told me I needed a tune up (which I kind of knew I did). They fixed the problem, changed out the old gas and put new gas with an additive in. New Oil, cleaned the filter and changed the spark plug. Plus, they cleaned the entire mower, making it look virtually new! It was delivered to our house the day after they called to tell me the estimate. It fired up right away and everything worked perfectly. The hassles of taking my mower somewhere else are gone. I'll be using these guys again every year!

Very professional service over the phone. Picked up my lawn mower from my home. An evaluation of the engine revealed valve damage which could not be repaired for the standard fixed fee of ~$85. Offered to keep the mower and waive the $25 diagnostic fee. I chose to take the mower back and use it myself for parts. Mower return and payment was carried out without my having to be at home. LB Adams offers a unique approach to lawn mower repair. I like the fixed fee pricing. I'd recommend this company if you don't have an extended warranty.

Called, arranged pickup time and location, told me they would look first before committing to extensive repairs. Fixed what they thought was cost effective, did not take on labor-intensive work on a low-cost product. Trustworthy, did not run up the bill, picked up and dropped off equipment at my convenience at my office. Coordinated meeting times easily through texting.

We can not recommend them more. They pick up your mower and after the repair the mower is returned. The quality of the work and the customer service is excellent.

Excellent! Lisa called me quickly. Told me price over the phone before any work was done...very reasonable prices. Love the policy that if they can not fix it, you don't pay for it. They also pick up and drop off for free...a huge time saver. Overall, A+, and I would definitely recommend them to others!!!!

They picked up my mower on Saturday. It was a busy day for me and I left the mower outside the garage. They delivered it when the work was finished. They changed the oil, replaced the spark plug and air filter, sharpened the blade, cleaned the carburator, cleaned the deck, added gas additive and refilled the tank. I was very pleased with the results and with the fact that I was not required to be at home either for pickup or delivery.

They did a very good job and they did it very quickly. They have door to door delivery facility. I would grade them high across all the categories.

My snowblower died during one of our heavier snowfalls last year. I called for service, even though it was a Saturday, and was pleasantly surprised when they said they'd pick it up on Monday. I got a call the same day telling me that they needed to replace the paddles and a bearing, they had to order parts, and they'd call me when it was ready. About 3 weeks later, I called them to find out what was going on, and they were still waiting for parts. I eventually got the snowblower back in early April. They did tune it up while they had it, assured me it was ready to go this winter and said to call them if I had any problems when I went to use it. The price was less than quoted because the bearing did not need to be replaced after all. The low mark for professionalism is simply because I feel they should have called me to let me know parts were delayed and I wouldn't have a snowblower for the duration of winter. Other than that, they were very nice to deal with.

Picked up the machine when they stated they would. Called within 2 days to give estimate (and chastise me for having never changed the oil-ooopsy!). Delivered it with all fluids changed and a new shear pin.

It went great! Lisa was lovely to work with. They picked up my lawn mover and returned it for free. It was a very easy process and I was pleased with the service and the work completed.

Great experience with L B Adams. They were very friendly on the phone. Both my wife and I work, so the pickup feature was very appreciated. I left the mowers in the driveway in the morning and they picked them up. The work was done in the time frame indicated, and the mowers were dropped back off. The $400 included: tune up to riding mower, two new spindles for riding mower blades, new pull rope assembly for push mower, pickup and drop off. Very courteous. I was called with an estimate to approve, and was called to schedule drop off.

I am very pleased with the cost, the work, and the timeframe in which it was fixed.

PICK UP AND DROP OFF OF THE LAWN MOWER WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, AND THEY COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN 24 HOURS, DURING THE BUSY SEASON OF APRIL. EVERY OTHER PLACE I CALLED TOLD ME 4 - 5 WEEKS.

WORK DONE ON TIME, COST WAS GOOD, LAWN MOWER WAS CLEANED. EXCELLENT JOB... WILL US THEM AGAIN.
