"30 minutes before my set appointment I was called and notified that they had an emergency at the job prior to me and they wouldn't me out until the following Monday at 9am first thing. My appointment was on Thurs 3pm-6pm. Needless to say the serviceman came out at 1130am. Turned out my grandson overloaded a circuit and it kept tripping the breaker. So needless to say work was not needed at this time. Unsure if they would be my first choice for a more serious job."

"MIRACLE METHOD SURFACE REFINISH REVIEW 3/2/2025 I recently had wall tiles installed in my tub/shower surround and was shocked at how bad my old bathtub looked against the new tiles. My contractor and plumber recommended Miracle Method, so I felt confident in having them refinish my bathtub. Jerry was the contractor for my job, which took 2 half days. Day 1: Jerry did a powerful cleaning and removed the grouting/caulking that touched the tub. After preparing the tub, he then sprayed on the paint. Day 2: Jerry came back to buff and polish the tub and apply a non-skid finish on the tub's bottom. He then reapplied the grouting. My tub looks like it’s brand new. Well done, Jerry! "Improveit installed a window and now the wall is wet and makes water bubbles and Improveit takes months to respond to leaks which has caused damage to wall structure. They only respond to threats and have came out at least 5 times and still call to make repairs and i dont believe they have the skill necessary to repair or they would have completed it by now. Beware of this company. gutter repair or replacement no roof estimate was given since the roof was fairly new and in good condition. I reluctantly called a roof company to inspect roof and specifically the area above and around the window and again the roof is in good condition. Exhausted dealing with Improveit when they refuse to improve anything and have cau"

I called the company and they said shut off the gas. This was April 12. The said it would be May before a tech co u l check it out. So what do you think- you pay 13 grand to prote c t you from power outages but when it is faulty you are at the mercy of what appears to be a lack of technicians and VERY poor service. Its April 29 and havent heard back from them. The say they will call back and dont. Recommend you stay away frpm thi compNy!"
