After spending almost 13 thousand dollars 2 months ago for installation of cummins home generator-it would not shut off after a normal automatic test. I called the company and they said shut off the gas. This was April 12. The said it would be May before a tech co u l check it out. So what do you think- you pay 13 grand to prote c t you from power outages but when it is faulty you are at the mercy of what appears to be a lack of technicians and VERY poor service. Its April 29 and havent heard back from them. The say they will call back and dont. Recommend you stay away frpm thi compNy!

After looking for an install I got lucky and was contacted by Hurricane home solutions. Jamel was the first contact. Jamel came to my house and explained the whole process with no nonsense or hard selling tactics. Jamel was extremely informative and made the whole process effortless. Fast forward to installation day. Rashon and Justin showed up on time for a perfect installation .They were neat courteous and had the old school work ethic that is hard to find in young people today.I would recommend them without hesitation. Really do a good job

To date we have not had installation.

The installation was made sooner than expected which was nice. The men who came were knowledgeable and worked efficiently even with an older electrical system. The men were pleasant, professional and willing to explain what we wanted to know..

All the guys that installed the generator were very professional. I would highly recommend a cummins generator and the three guys who installed mine.

I had an emergency generator installed and one of the installers did not Install the gas line properly. After some calls and some back and forth, I get a call from customer service manager and she got someone out and took care of it family fast. The leak was still there and when they came out the second time discovered it was a new leak from the gas company changing out my meter. So the second leak was not the fault of this company. Their work on the generator and install was good, the customer service could use a bit of tweeking but overall I would definitely recommend.

The installation of the generator completed very professionally.. They arrived on time and completed the project ahead of their projected time. Wheater did not hinder nor detour the completion of the project. Very ijnformatve and courtious. Highly recommended. Very please with the phone staff and personnel working with this company!

Awesome from start (scheduling the appointment, presentation) to finish (technician crew) i definitely made the right choice the install was fast and the workmanship is outstanding!!!

The project went well. Not only did they show up on time, but they finished the project early. The final walkthrough accommodated my work schedule and was very informational. Final project turned out great! One of the workers even gave me a ride to unlock my car when my dog locked me out at the lumber yard.

This generator install was excellent from the sales pitch, to the complete hookup. This team is excellent with customer service, very efficient, and very professional. They made sure all of our questions were answered, and even found and corrected an electrical issue we had in our panel box. Robert M was our salesman, and was very knowledgeable about all the options. He helped us decide on a generator that fit our needs perfectly. Mike R., Alex C., and Ryan p. We're our installers. They were very pleasant to work with and made sure we understood everything that would be needed with the upkeep of the generator. I highly recommend this team!!!
