 + -1 moreThe experience was okay. It took them over two weeks and two extra calls from me for them to actually set-up an appointment with me. And then they could not reassemble the chimney flue and left it in crooked and upside down in my chimney. So there is a giant hole seeping cold air out of my house when they left. Which led to them not doing the rest of the work. They did the chimney sweep, but they said that things needed done to the chimney as it was leaking. Someone else came and verified that and someone else will be doing that work, not them. Does not make sense.
Description of Work: They came and did a chimney sweep but to the actual work of fixing the chimney never happened.

 + -1 moreProfessional and friendly service. I bought my house a couple of years ago and hadn't used the gas fireplace. I wanted to make sure it was safe to use. They took pictures of my chimney and explained in detail what was done by previous owners and what would need to be maintained in the future. They cleaned my fireplace and showed me how to open the flu, maintain and operate the gas system, and maintain the gas logs. I would definitely use their services in the future.

 + 1 moreHired Bill and his crew to conduct chimney cleaning and inspection. It was determined I needed some repairs. After the weather FINALLY cooperated for better conditions chimney was sealed outside; inside fireplace was "tuck pointed" and sprayed with sealant. I appreciated the fact Bill was very interested in getting ideal weather conditions so the work would be quality. I have hired other companies and they could care less how weather affects the repair work. Repair crew was very professional, arrived on time and did repairs in a timely manner. would definitely hire again and have already suggested their services to friends!

 + -1 moreThey came and started the back of the house on Thursday, and completed the rest on Saturday and Sunday. (Rained out Friday) After each day of work they cleaned up and left nothing laying around. At the end of the roofing Bill provided necessary information to give to our insurance company. Overall Rachels Cleaning Service did a great job for us. They were easy to work with explaining themselves along the way. While getting through a rough time they were there to make things easier for us. We have to admit that at first we were a bit leery to give business to someone we had never heard of but were pleased with the outcome.
Description of Work: On March 1, 2017 we were hit by a tornado. We had 7 trees down, one of which was on our house. The first people to provide us help was Rachel's Cleaning Service. They told us they could get someone to remove the tree from our roof that day and were good on their word. Harrisons was there and took care of the tree on the house and the other 6 trees that needed to be taken care of. They were a top notch referral. Bill from Rachel's came back and explained that they could take care of the roof and gave us an estimate for insurance company. When the insurance adjuster came several days later he came back to explain how he reached the estimate that he did. Bill then explained the things that needed to be done and was in continuous contact with my husband.

 + -1 moreThey were fabulous. He did what he said he was going to do for the $55. They were great. It was a good deal, so that would be an A. They came right now, and it was great. He came exactly when he said he was going to come and did what he said he was going to do. I recommend them to other people. They did what they were suppose to do and they did it well and efficiently. They were very professional and it was raining they put covers on their shoes and did hurt my floor so they thought of everything. They left the area clean, it was better than when they came.

 + 0 moreService was great had the best group of guy's they explained how they were going to setup the job .my attic door was in hallway so they checked out where insulation was needed layed plastic down and was careful with the hose around walls. They worked fast and vacuumed everywhere they had walked on, I was impressed with the value and give 10 out of 10.

 + -1 moreI'm pleased with it. It was within two weeks after I purchased it that they came out. They came out real soon. It was two workers and it took them about an hour, hour and a half. I liked that they informed of what they were doing and what they had to use. And I liked that they cleaned up their mess afterwards. Some of the stuff got messy in a few places, and they cleaned up well.

 + 3 moreIt went fine. He did a check of the gas line, dusted and restacked the logs, and tidied the faux embers. He also showed me how to turn it on. He looked up the flue and noted some slight water seepage. I did not have him check the chimney from the top, but he noted some possible issues from seeing it from the ground.
Description of Work: I needed my gas fireplace insert and chimney flue checked after a long period of non-use.

 + 2 moreTim and another guy came out to clean my chimney. While they were here Tim inspected all of them from top bottom inside and out. He showed me picture of my chimney caps and quotes me prices for sealing them and filling some voids inside my fire place that he pointed out to me. He scheduled a second appointment to take care of the additional work. Bill, Tim and about 3 other guys were right on time to do the work and left the place clean when they were done. Good service at a great price, I would definitely recommend Bill and his crew to anyone needing chimney cleaning or repair.

 + 1 moreExcellent. Needed chimney sweep to decrease odors and I inquired about other options. After inspection they suggested a lock-top damper. Also evaluated the crown and noted defects. took pictures of everything (before and after) for me to review as i wan available at the time of inspection repair. Fireplace odor seems to have been eliminated. very happy with the professional and courteous service provided.
