It went extremely well. Bill and his crew showed up each morning at a time he told me they went out of their way to keep the project is clean as possible. They came in on budget. All the crew was polite and very professional. Definitely recommend them again.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could leave less than one star I would. william lawwill and rachel eaton will never be hired by me again. The work was shoddy and unacceptable. Bill refused to redo it and stormed off taking my money with him

These guys are absolutely incredible! They completely remodeled my bathroom and did an outstanding job! Top of the line materials, honest and upfront pricing, quality work and completed in projected timeframe. They are extremely professional, honest, hardworking gentleman! They do it all! Remodels, builds(they did our deck!), fireplace maintenance and repairs, odds and ends throughout the home. You name it, these guys can and will do it! True Pros in the field!

Whenever I need ANYTHING repaired, built, installed, or maintained at home I call RC! These guys are professional in every way! They quote fair prices, are prompt, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable in home maintenance and repair. They have serviced our fireplaces for years. They built our deck from the ground up and most recently, totally remodeled our bathroom! Their work is top quality with absolutely NO cut corners. I will use again and again. I recommend them to all my family and friends! 5 stars is not enough. They should receive 1000’s!

Amazing! Bill is a wealth of knowledge in all areas of home maintenance/renovation. Anytime I reach out to him, he ALWAYS gets back with me and offers very fair pricing, especially given the quality of materials he chooses to use and level of service(and continued service after installation)that he and his team provide. I was referred to him and I have since referred others to him and they've all had very similar experiences. Bill will always be the first person I contact for anything home-related and you should too.

R.C.S. put in a propane insert and could not get it to work. They told me I needed a plumber . I called Kelly Plumbing and they took out insert and in large letters on the bottom it said " for propane only" ! We had a capped gas line to that fireplace ! R.C.S. said " we have never made that mistake before". Since I had paid $1,800.08 they came back and put in another fireplace insert. When they left I could smell gas so I called Duke Energy. Gas was leaking and they " Red Tagged " 5 different problems. ( I have all the red tags ). I called Kelly Plumbing and they put in correct trac line pipe, repaired gas leaks ran bonding wire to breaker , tighten floor valve etc.. cost $867.00. Because I had paid R.C.S. in full I let them put in a third fireplace. It had a gas flame that burns day and night all the time and was about an inch high ! Since there is a key to turn off gas on the hearth I turned it off and it will not relight. All this money spent and we have never been able to use the fireplace ! I have all the bills and red tags to prove all that R.C.S and plumber did. R.C.S.did tell me they were" working out of town" so I made an appoint for when they would be back. They did not come and when I called Bill he said " we are not coming out and we are not giving you your money back". These people do dangerous work and I feel I must report them. If I have to get a lawyer that will more than double the cost to me. I do have two of the three fireplaces(which look very old ) and all proof of poor work that had to be redone by plumber .

Didnt use them. Called somebody else. Just went that way.

I used these guys for several jobs in the past. I have since moved and wanted to hire them again but I can't find them. They don't return phone calls or emails so I'm guessing they went out of business. Makes me sad because they were reasonably priced and did a great job.

Great. They were fast, polite, reasonable, neat, early with a courtesy call and informed.

On Aug 10th, 2019, we had our gutters replaced by RCS (Rachel's Cleaning and Services) who had great reviews on Angie's List and good reviews on Nextdoor. We had gotten 3 estimates from RCS, Kanga, and Bone Dry. I told my husband that I felt the best with Bone Dry, as they were very professional and included everything in their proposal, even haul away. However, since RCS was significantly lower in price, we went with them. HUGE mistake! They did the most horrible job! I will outline just a few of the things they did/did not do. Be forewarned! *Left all the gutters to be installed in the hot sun on our newly renovated lawn the day prior to installation. Bill said they would not burn the grass. Marks were left after just couple of hours. I had to have my sons move all of the gutters. *Even though we wrote it on the contract, they did not remove soffit that was soggy and only replaced the fascia (with plywood!) on top of the soft soffit. This will all have to be redone. *Though on the contract, they did not replace flashing which has caused leakage. *Crunched the new, larger downspouts into the old smaller ground spouts, leaving holes where the water leaks from. *Failed to replace a piece of gutter near our foyer window. Water marks are present at that spot on the inside. *Left over 20 nails in the grass. No magnetic sweep done. *No gutter apron included. Bone Dry did. RCS is trying to blame the roofers from 10 yrs ago (?) even though they could've/should've included that in their bid.. *We have significant dripping with every rain outside of our dining rm window..The water is running behind the gutter. This never happened with the old gutters. *Told us the work would be done in one day, on a Saturday. Left at 3pm and took the entire next day, Sunday, to complete the work, interrupting our plans. *Lastly, Bill, the owner, said he would be here on Monday, 8/26, to look over the workmanship, or lack of it. As of this posting, he still has not shown or called. We have sent them a detailed letter of our grievances. As of today, Oct. 24, 2019, there has been NO reply whatsoever. Brand new gutters to the tune of $3000 and we are worse off than before! We called Bone Dry back and, to get everything fixed and to install the gutter apron, it will cost us another $3000, putting us $1,400 over the original cost of Bone Dry's original bid. Please learn from our nightmare: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They underbid the others just to get the job, but the work was pathetic. I doubt they will make good on it and I have a feeling we will be going to court. Their work on the chimney was not any better, maybe worse. Had a deal here on Angie's list for $75, charged me $85, and told me it was all clean and "good to go". However, the smell continued. Called A.R.C.O. who told us it was filled with creosote and might have caught fire if we had used it! Please, DO NOT USE RCS for anything! Once they have your money, they are gone! We have had two different companies out to give estimates on the repair work and they said they have never seen anything like the (poor) workmanship! Be forewarned.

They showed up on time and seemed to do a good job. I wish they had taken before and after pics to show me, otherwise everything was great.

Excellent. They explained the problems with my chimney and took many photos to show me what the problems were, and explained in detail how they would fix it. I found them professional, good people, and very reasonable in the price of the services. I would highly recommend.

Company cleaned two chimneys and also inspected both from inside house and from roof. They also provided photos and estimates for some additional suggested repairs, but were very candid about which repairs were more pressing and which could be delayed.

They arrived on time, worked quickly and even stayed and explained how to operate the chimney. (After 4 years I still had never used the fireplaces).

GREAT!!! I was really impressed because they actually went on roof and took pictures of my chimney, skylight, roof. Then came down & showed me.

1. The company was called because the tenant believed the hot water heater was not properly venting through the chimney because of some debri in the chimney. The serviceman examined the chimney and the hot water heater and found there was no problem. The tenant was argumentative with the service man but the service man drew the tenant a picture and was able to reassure the tenant that the home was safe. The service man was honest and knowledgeable. 2. This company also examined the roof at my home and found a problem where water was coming into my fireplace area. He said he would send an estimate for thi work but I have not seen it yet.
