We have sent emails to you and I spoke with your husband . Gutters are a chunk of ice, we will not attempt a gutter cleaning digging ice from your gutters and damaging them. Who buys a gutter cleaning in December. Poor timing and frozen weather/gutters once again has resulted in an F review. It's not our companies fault. I apologize for the weather.

Description of Work: Having had issues with gutter cleaners missing our back porch gutter in the past, I specifically instructed them to clean it, this time. Not only did they not clean that gutter, they, unknown to me until recently, entirely missed the north side of the house, resulting in a gutter clog / backup and leak inside the house during our recent heavy rains. I got out the ladder, and investigated the leak to find a clogged gutter and three inches of ancient muck lining the entire gutter alongside the North side. I've cleaned enough gutters over the years, and compared to the rest of the gutters, it is clear that they did not do a thorough or complete job.

Description of Work: I hired Rachel's to clean my gutters, with the explicit instruction to not neglect a section of gutter that had been missed by the last gutter cleaning "deal" service. Though I have not gotten on a ladder to check all of their work, they at least missed that exact section, and possibly others.
