After being told our fireplaces needed $8,000 in repairs, we were extremely pleased to learn from Rachel's that only $150 in repairs was all that was needed. Received a follow-up call about our appointment and a call to let us know when they were on their way. Two workers arrived promptly and we were very happy with the time and effort they took to explain every facet of this repair as well as that of our chimney.. Replaced our short-lived silicone sealer with the proper concrete sealer. received an invoice along with before and after pictures. Quite happy with this service.

Showed up on time, did good work for what they had materials for (according to the deal). Miscalculated a bit on how much coverage there would be, but overall went well.

They were wonderful. Did a through inspection and cleaned it out...no mess, took them probably less than 15 mins. Gave me some pointers for getting better heat out of it. Super nice and professional. Will most definitely use them next year.

We bought the deal for a chimney sweep and inspection. I purchased the deal the Monday before Thanksgiving and called for a refund Tuesday the next week. I left multiple voicemails that week, but didn't hear from anyone until the weekend. Someone called me Saturday and I was in another room and missed their call. I called them back a few minutes later and left another voicemail. I never heard back from them. I understand that this is probably their busy time of year and I purchased during a holiday week, but was expecting to speak to someone within a week of my purchase.

Bill and his crew handled everything thoroughly and professionally. I am pleased with the work that was done. They also did a great job cleaning up after they finished the work.

Bill and Greg were right on time, inspected my chimney from the inside with a camera, and found a few loose blocks that needed to be sealed. they cleaned, sealed and painted the interior of the fireplace and the grate. They inspected the chimney and found it to have a lot of mold plus there was cracks in the crown. Bill took photos and showed me the problems, then he cleaned the chimney and repaired the crown. Bill quoted a price to do the work, which I thought was fair, especially since he also cleaned my gutters while he was on the roof. Bill and Greg were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

They cleaned my chimney, found that my chimney cornice was cracked and flaking, causing moisture to accumulate in the firebox. For $400.00 they repaired/painted/patched the chimney crown and re painted the firebox... I don't know if this was a good price or not. I didn't have time to research it. They were here, I went with their suggestions.
