This was our second chimney cleaning with Rachel's Cleaning Services, and we also had a small repair done. Bill scheduled us in very quickly, arrived promptly, completed the work, along with figuring out that our fireplace doors simply needed a couple of screws rather than new doors. Everything was left clean as a whistle. My experience with this company has been great. Prices are reasonable, and they never try to sell me on unnecessary work. So glad I found them!

It's always pleasantly surprising to find a company that's kind, trustworthy, and affordable. We recently had RCS come help with some chimney/fireplace cleaning and repairs and they did a fantastic job. We look forward to continuing working with them in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased the prepaid chimney sweep deal on Nov 30 in hopes of safety using my fireplace on Christmas. After having to follow up several times I finally got an appointment scheduled for December 23 at 9 am. I took the time off work to be there. At 10 am I called and emailed to see if they were still coming and got voicemail. The man called back and said they were running late because of the weather but they were coming in about an hour or so. We waited 4 hours and I called him and texted him but got to response. He never came. No one ever called us back to explain. I sincerely hope the man is OK and that he didn't fall off a wet roof and is now lying in a hospital bed. However if that is not the case he should have called. We would like our money back please for services not performed not to mention lost time from work.
