Description of Work: They were servicing our Maple tree. It needed feeding and cabling and Madison did an excellent job. We have been using them for over 20 years and are pleased how they take care of our trees throughout the years. They know their business.

Description of Work: I was in need of a replacement Tree Service for EAB treatments for my Ash Trees. Madison responded quickly and provided me with a quote for next spring when the trees can be treated. The trees were also in need of a fall fertilization program. Quotes were provided promptly and in a professional manner. Very happy with new service at this point.

Description of Work: They pruned an old red bud tree. Their pruning rejuvenated it and greatly improved its appearance. What I did not like was that no one responded to several phone calls over several months about additional work.

Description of Work: I had them remove a large tree on my property line. They contacted my neighbor and did a good job cleaning up the site before they left. I asked them to leave the heartwood for firewood which they did not do.

Description of Work: They help take care of our trees. We have used them for years and although they may cost a little more, they are worth it. You have to trust who takes care of your trees because we have had someone before who destroyed our huge crab apple tree. Some companies do not know what they are doing.The company we had before, we took to court and won our case. We never got any compensation. That is why you really have to trust your arborist.
