Danielle's PC Repairs

We communicated by e-mail to schedule an appointment - at my convenience. She showed up on time.and multi-tasked efficiently. When I did not understand what she was saying she reworded or translated the computer jargon. I found her to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with questions unrelated to the imnmediate task at hand. She also did not charge for time spent waiting for downloads so her pricing is extremely reasonable.

She brought me my old hard drive. She was very professional and friendly. I would use her again and refer her to others.

She immediately identified the problem and replaced my battery. It was inexpensive and she was a delight to work with.

I had a key on my laptop that wasn't functioning properly. I contacted this company about repair andwas informed that a key repair would actually be more costly than a full keyboard replacement. Danielle suggested that I buy a new keyboard on eBay - the price was just about what she thought. When I received the keyboard replacement, I scheduled a time to go to her site and she replaced the keyboard very quickly and for a lot less money than I thought it was going to cost. She was extremely communicative and informative throughout the whole process.

We have used Danielle in the past so when my husband's laptop started acting up in a bad way I called her. She got to work on it withing a couple of hours of the call. Danielle was able to hook up to the computer off site and spent a couple of hours cleaning it up of viruses, registry errors (over a 1000). Danielle also installed additional virus proctection, registry cleaner, degfrag, etc and put them in a folder called "Computer Protection". She then located the folder on his desktop area along with two pages of instruction on how to prevent future problems and maintain his laptop.

She really listens to the situation. She's very good at explaining the problem and how to fix it.

Intermittent problems with getting no video or video would fail after varying amounts of time. Video card was overheating. Danielle replaced the video card and, at my request, added video memory. Done in 1 day. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent, as usual. She does much more than expected. She is very thorough with checking out all issues reported with the computer. This is the third time that I have used her and will recommend her to everyone I know that has problems with their computer. I love her friendliness and has a great desire to make sure that you are satisfied above and beyond your expectations. The computer was old and I was considering getting rid of it. She made it like new again.

My previous experience with a software guru was not the best. He was very smart, but couldn't communicate to me what he was doing or why, and was not very quick to respond. When I searched for more help, I called Danielle. I explained all of the problems that I had and the things I wanted my computer to do and not do. It was running sooo slow! I also needed help connecting Outlook with my new internet carrier. She explained to me in lay terms what she could do and how she could improve my speed and resolve the issues that were so frustrating to me. She even helped mediate for me with my current antivirus support person. She gave me many, many tips on how to accomplish things with my software, explaining how they worked. Danielle took off a lot of items I didn't use or need, (or knew how they even got on there!) that were always running in the background, taking up my memory. Danielle was so patient, a very good listener. She is able to fix your problems, explain them, and go the extra mile, giving you more than you asked for. She is fast, responds very quickly, and doesn't stop until all of your questions are answered. She is a gem. I highly recommend you consult her - she will save you so much time and aggravation, and have you smiling while you're typing!

Computers both very slow, often freezing up, not accepting some e-mails or attachments, etc. called service provider and she was very prompt, scheduled quickly and service experience was excellent. All questions were answered with detail and at the same time not in tech language to a non-tech person. Gave many helpful hints, provided sheets of explanations to refer to after she left and best of all she accepted the customer where she was and did not try to convince differently, did outline pros and cons, but did no hard sell to move to applications that would have been uncomfortable for the customer. Danielle was prompt, professional. and personable.

Our 8 year old desktop just quit on us. We found this provider on Angie's list. Because she had a coupon listed, her company appeared first and so we called her. Her rates were better if we dropped off the computer so we drove it there and picked it up a day later. She determined (and confirmed our suspicion) that we needed a higher voltage/amp power supply, our older one was not enough for the new video card and Windows 7 we had recently installed on our desktop. A call to HP, the manufacturer, resulted in them telling us that the power supply was not available anymore for our computer but that they could sell us a new desktop for half price! Danielle was very nice to work with, we'll definitely call on her again, and recommend her to all our friends! Next time though, we'll bring the coupon we had printed up and forgot to bring when we picked up the computer!

I dropped my laptop off on a Thursday, and it was ready a day later. Danielle worked with my time constraints and was not only an expert technician, she is professional and friendly. I have no reservations about recommending her.

She was great. I took the computer to her on a Friday night and she called me Saturday afternoon and said that it was done as she didn’t have any other work and she did mine very fast. It was wow! She was very fast. Her price was great. She did a lot of stuff and also added lot of software and she charged only $80 and I thought that it was pretty good. She did the work within 12 hours.

She did more work than I expected. She did a wonderful job.

I am so happy I found Danielle on Angie's list and chose her as my computer technician. She is " all the right things", from the initial phone call ( quick and interested response) to detailing what the problem is and what needs fixed and includes the estimate of price along with the detailed work list, so I had no surprises. She kept in touch during the repairs so I would know where we were. And after repairing, she left me with a list of the new programs she installed and "how to" do a lot of the checking and cleaning that she did. I now feel she will be a wonderful resource, should I need her again and am so thankful for such an intelligent ,ethical and communicative professonal. She never talked down to me as a "non- techie" and always explained the hows and whys of all she did. I learned a lot!

It went great. Danielle responded immediately and was able to meet with us in just a couple of days. She was punctual, professional, and provided excellent value. She is an excellent communicator and explains everything that she is doing. We will be using her services in the future for our computer needs.

I called to ask questions and left a msg. Got a quick response. She was very clear on what she thought was going on and what she would look for and do to clean up the whole system. I chose to take the computer to her because that was cheaper. She got back to me right away and thoroughly explained her diagnosis,what she would do,involving cleaning installing and reinstalling programs, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Called me the next day to say it was done! Love her!

Great. I called Danielle to make an appointment for her to stop by my house because my PC was running as slow as molasses. I left a message and she called me the following morning. She said she could "dial in" to my PC remotely if I wanted and would be available that same day if I wanted to do this. I said yes and at the scheduled time, I sat in front of my PC while Danielle dialed in and immediately started cleaning up my PC, removing old files, and added a new (free) antivirus software. She was great! Efficient, professional and knew what she was doing. It took about 1 1/2 hours. She even recommended additional memory I could buy and found a place online where I could purchase it for a very reasonable price. I will call her when I make the purchase and have her stop by to install it. Great service. I'll definitely use her again.

Went very well. Danielle is very professional and personable. Very knowledgeable about the computer and software. Made suggestions about what might work better for me in regards to how I use my computer.

Danille quickly identified the issue, repaired my laptop, and updated some of the protection software on my system. She kept me informed throughout the process.

Danielle took my computer right away and repaired it over a holiday weekend. She was just wonderful and explained everything to me very patiently when I picked it up. She taught me what to do to prevent further problems - decreasing the chance that I will use her services again but putting my needs first!
