Danielle's PC Repairs

Danielle was very helpful, my old Power Mac G4 Tower stopped working after a thunderstorm due to a power surge. I texted Danielle to see if she would be able to take a look and see what needed to be done to make the repairs. She texted me right away and I dropped off the computer a couple of days later, she was able to make the repairs needed and get me back up and running just a few days later.

Third times a charm. When I couldn’t start my laptop, I thought it might have been the battery. I took it to a data recovery “business” and regretted it. He immediately charged me for a diagnostic test. He told me he successfully backed up my laptop — he didn’t — and needed my login information. I wasn’t comfortable with what he was telling me. I decided to just take my laptop back and cut my losses. He assured me nobody would be able to recover my data and that I would have to come back to him to retrieve it. He was wrong. I called around and one company was going to charge me $900 minimum. Seriously? Ultimately I was referred to Danielle’s PC Repair but she had a busy schedule and wouldn’t be able to assist me for over a week. Yet she took the time to respond back via text after I explained my situation. She then gave me a list of other places to contact. I did reach out to another computer repair business for help. But I don’t think they really looked into discovering what the problem was or tried to retrieve my files. By that time, Danielle was available! Long story short, she was everything a PC repair company should be — knowledgeable, sharp, speaks in layman’s terms, follows up, communicates extremely well, professional, friendly, listens, and a genius. She not only found all my files, but she cleaned up my laptop, put all my files back where they belonged, and provided helpful tips and solutions. And to boot — affordable! And did I tell you she found my files? I thought they disappeared for good. Happy tears! She kept me posted the entire time, and her turnaround was fast. I can’t thank her enough. She is now my go-to for all PC repairs and I’ll be recommending her to everyone.

Danielle & I emailed back & forth for six months before I brought my laptop to her (she was doing her best to help me, giving me all kinds of suggestions, before I got totally fed up with my computer). My main complaint was that my laptop would lack severely when working on my papers for college. when I finally took my laptop to her, she cleaned it up and suggested adding RAM to it. The price was very reasonable so I readily agreed. I just finished typing up my first paper since she did the upgrade and I couldn't be happier! My laptop didn't balk at all at the number of pdf's and browser tabs I had open. I will definitely recommend Danielle to anyone who asks!!!

Extremely prompt service, knowledgeable, and affordable. Even fixed a problem that the computer wasn't necessarily in the shop for. A++!! I was completely prepared to wait for the fix, but she had it done within a day!

It went sooo much better than expected. She arrived exactly on time. First thing she did was check the status of my old computer and as I expected she confirmed it was on life support. She transferred all my data to the laptop and so much more. Her invoice showing what all she did was two pages. She was here for 4 hours. I was thinking “this is going to cost a fortune.” Nope, the charge was half what a fair charge would be. She added utilities to my laptop to keep it safe and secure. All the while she was there she was spewing out advise on how to keep safe and secure. I never used WINDOWS 10 HOME so she gave me great advise on how to use it and also instructed me on CLOUD. The stuff she taught me alone was worth the charge. Maybe she should start teaching, too. Maybe at one of the community colleges or private instruction. She is so very nice and so brilliant. The next day she sent me article she thought I would enjoy reading. I did!

We found Danielle on Angie's List over 5 years ago. The excellent reviews for Danielle drew us to choose her then. New computer issues recently surfaced so once again we contacted her. If there were grades even better than "A" we would give her such grades. She got us scheduled the next day. She was so generous with her time and fixed all of our computer woes. We feel we have a computer guru for life. We will always be a customer!

Danielle has been my service provided since 2014 and I do not know what i would do without her. I am known to "mess-up" a computer and she has always been there for me with a smile and has always helped me recover quickly. She has a wealth of knowledge, is smart, kind, and takes the time to give one information as to why and what to do about it. I would be totally lost without her. Danielle resolved the issue in short order. Danielle has been my service provider for years, and there hasn't been a computer issue she hasn't been able to solve. In this day and age, a person can't get along without their electronics. Don't know what I'd do without Danielle!

Danielle is excellent, knowledgeable and quick to respond. In my books she is the best. She is always available via text and responds quickly. It is amazing how knowledge she is and makes easy correction. Her charges are more than reasonable for what she does. She also makes correction on your computer from mobile access from her office. This eliminates waiting and travel, which is great. Give her a call, you won't regret it.

It's easy to see why Danielle's PC Service has been in business for 12 years and has built a client list of 3000+. Services were performed remotely to include CCleaner, check hard drive health, updates, downloads and some training for those of us ( me ) who are not techy. The few that I mentioned here just a drop of water in the bucket.

I dropped my laptop and I found this service through Google search. I contacted Danielle by email and got almost an immediate response about price for the Diagnostic service. She was driving by my place on a computer service call and picked it up on Wednesday and got back next day with what needed being done. She repaired as we agreed on (replacing hard drive)and then brought it back to me on Friday. She was prompt, quick, professional and added some personal touches as well in retrieving and replacing my data from the old Hard Drive. I would definitely use her service again and recommend to others. I am a Senior Citizen and I don't know the area well so the personal touches are important as well as no hidden charges. I also feel I have a back up computer professional to provide me with computer answers now.
