Everything went great, and I am very happy with the outcome!

I called. I left a message and was contacted right away. I dropped the computer off and by text and email we finally decided to load Windows 10 Pro. She made sure all of my drivers for my printers, scanner video card were up to date. She upgraded the ram from 6GB to 8GB. Restored all my data and much more. After I reconnected everything I texted questions and received quick and precise responses. She tested everything. It all works perfectly. I can't remember ever getting service like this on anything. She is awesome. I now have a "new" computer.

a few tweaks of the registry and I was good to go. As a bonus,Danielle grouped clean-up software she recommended on the desktop.

It went great. She was responsive to our urgent need and arrived on time, as usual. She resolved multiple problems on site with minimal fuss.

Always a great job! Danielle is my "go to" person for anything to do with my computer. She doesn't live close by, but 99% of the time I just need to email her and it can be taken care of within a matter of hours, if not sooner. I shudder to think where I'd be without her!! Sometimes I just email a question and she gets back to me with the answer on the spot in most cases.

Danielle was awesome! She was on time for our remote appointment, worked quickly and efficiently, keeping me apprised of what she was doing as we went along. We have been going to Danielle for a few years now. She is very professional and friendly and I always know I can count on her to get the job done. Faster and less expensive than expected.

She knew what she was talking about. She contacted when she found the problem and told me the cause. She kept me informed the whole way through the repair process and when it was completed- it was done in a timely manner. When I picked it up, she told me a bunch of other things that I might want to look in to in terms of security. She was very helpful.

She was very helpful and decided upon the information I had given her that there was most likely a problem with the Time Warner cable system. I called Time Warner. A technician came out and discovered that there was a problem not just for us, but for others in the neighborhood. He did fix a lot of the internet connection problem, but they still have to install a new cable under our street to a box on the other side.

Danielle helped me set up my new computer & wireless all-in-one printer. My kids' laptop had stopped working around the same time I bought my new equipment. The laptop was in sufficiently bad shape that she had to take it home and work on it there. Getting the files out of the old hard drive was a very slow process, but she got it done. Danielle also got me a good deal on Office for my new computer. We've called on Danielle several times before and we will continue to do so.

Danielle serviced two computers and removed unnecessary startup items, installed several items, e.g. antivirus, disk defrag, CCCleaner, etc. had a memory upgrade, and was able to review steps for reducing viruses, etc. She is so helpful, patient, and competent. She works with the customer at their knowledge level.

Once again, the guidance we received from reading reviews on Angie's List proved to be "spot on." We had narrowed down our choices to three computer repair firms but we were won over by the information, reviews, and responses about Danielle's service. We are so glad we signed up for a house call. Danielle was extremely generous with her time. We essentially received a course in Computers 101 as she explained so many things that we just never knew. She was able to quickly solve our laptops overheating issue. Not only did she do updates and installations on our Mac, but also helped us with our new smartphones we had recently purchased. ( That was an unexpected surprise.) Danielle shares her knowledge with ease and in a simple way so "not so technical" types such as us could understand everything. We highly recommend Danielle .

She began working on my computer the day I brought it and kept me informed of the status via email. I was particularly impressed with her informative talk and instructions she gave me when the computer was done.

She exceeded my expectations, from her experience knew additional software that would help to protect the computer from external threats, and to maximize its operation. Danielle is wonderful! I thought my hard drive had crashed and so I bought a new laptop. I was in need for one, so I was OK with the purchase, but worried about everything I lost on my computer. A friend suggested to give Danielle my new computer to clean off the factory unwanted "stuff" and to get new security and malware installed She was quick and did a wonderful job. Also gave me a quick tutorial on Windows 8 since I came from Windows XP. I told her about my old computer and she told me she could look at it and give me an estimate on how much it would be to fix it...if it was fixable. As it turned out, the hard drive didn't crash and for $50 she was able to clean it up, save my old files for me and get it running. Now my 6 year old has something to play PBS kids on. I've had a couple of questions here and there about the new computer and Danielle has been wonderful with some guidance. I've already recommended her to family and friends. I can't say enough great things about her!

Danielle did a great job. She was extremely responsive and helpful. She installed Windows 8 and several other helpful programs to protect the computer, store photographs, etc. Had a glitch with the new monitor, and she remained most helpful in resolving the issue.

We'd had several problems and were worried that we needed a new computer. But Danielle was able to save the tower, put in a new hard drive, transfer our data from our external backup, fix the fans, and install demo versions of software she recommends (both anti-virus and automatic system backups), so that if we liked the software, all we needed to do was pay online and enter the registration code in the demo software, and it continued working seamlessly. She has also answered a few follow-up questions for me since that time. Although it is a long drive to her home business (I live in Norwood), it was 100% worth it. She really knows her stuff.

I can not rate her service, because I have never had a response to my phone call.

This was one smooth transaction. Danielle knows her stuff, and was eager to offer recommendations - and the justification for her recommendations. Her experience with family desktop PC's and student/child owned laptops has positioned her to speak very authoritatively on what is necessary, what is nice to have, and what is over-kill. Our Home Desktop, with which our children have grown up, had accumulated so many add-ons, cookies, and short cuts that it began to run slower and slower. Eventually the PC wouldn't run for more than an hour without freezing. I looked through the providers listed on Angie's list and considered another provider - very close to our house. However, after reading the member reviews, I decided to call Danielle - since her location wasn't too far from my office and she had very favorable reviews. I sent Danielle an email that communicated the symptoms of our problem - she emailed me back and assured me she would quickly diagnose and repair the unit - whatever the problem. I arranged to drop the unit off with her the next day, and that evening she provided a detailed list of what was broken, what other issues needed attention, and her recommendation on how to move forward - along with a price quote. I had a few additional questions for her - which she answered promptly - and I agreed to have Danielle do the work. The unit was ready for pick-up the next day and left her a check in the amount we agreed. Our home PC is now running as well as it ever did - maybe better. I highly recommend Danielle's PC Repair.
