Danielle's PC Repairs

Description of Work: Danielle was very thorough in saving a lot of the files on my corrupted hard drive. She took the time to explain what she had done and set up a system to better care for my computer. A big, box company could not have given me this kind of service for such a reasonable rate. I will definitely go back to her with any other issues!

Description of Work: My laptop crashed (hard drive failed)without warning, and I needed help fast. Danielle was very responsive and obviously expert in computers. I would strongly recommend her.

Description of Work: Activated & validated new Windows 7 Professional license (to replace one cancelled due to hacked copy), and diagnosed problem & reinstalled Quicken 2015 Premier (believed corrupted by bad update). Also, updated/ran defrag/cleaner & other software, and adjusted startup processes. Happily, all problems were completely resolved, and all's well now.

Description of Work: Danielle came to my home and solved two problems: communication between the computer and the printer, and re-establishment of the connection between my e-mail service and an intermediary product I use. She reinstalled software that had never been properly installed in the first place so that now the printer can actually function as a scanner and a fax, features that I had not been previously able to use. Danielle quickly and thoroughly assesses the situation, provides efficient targeted services, and leaves when everything is working well. She does a terrific job!

Description of Work: Can one give a higher than the highest rating for TOP QUALITY service provided by Danielle? I initially emailed her and she promptly emailed back to coordinate a drop off time. I did and with seconds I felt like we were old friends. I learned that she is one of 300 people in the entire US for a special award from Angie's List. I can see why. Just like she advertises: Fast, friendly service. My notebook computer would not boot up and stuck in a loop. I coordinated a drop off time. The same day I had an answer and estimate. She told me the problem and the up front cost($100). I told her to fix it. Later she emailed that (after working on it for a day) she could not correct a certain part because my hard drive was too full. She REDUCED the price to $70! She is a busy Mom and has a business to run. I could have chatted with her all day. If you have ANY computer problems, email or call her. You will not feel intimidated if you are not computer savy. She knows what's she's doing and does if fast and at very inexpensive prices. Even before picking up the computer I recommended her to two friends. She needs no advertising. The word is out. Description of Work: Danielle brought my desktop computer that was 8 years old totally up to date. New motherboard, disk drive, etc., virus and security protection, cleaned up everything.
