Technician was on time spent Approximately 45 minutes on system, explained all the was checked also advise that system used 1 lb of r 22, I was okay with cost spent a few minutes just talking.

Everything went great! Clark Heating Technician was friendly, promptly on time and reviewed everything with me that was done today! I love Clark heating/cooling and would highly recommend to everyone!

Larry was very confident he could do the job and said that he liked working on new types of machines and projects. He came out within a couple of days, looked over the machine and the parts we had ordered in for the job and got right to work. While he was taking the machine apart, a bolt broke inside the machine. He knew a machine shop where they could take care of the broken bolt (get it out) and he would need to replace it. This was extremely helpful. He took the platen with the broken bolt and sent two service men back out the next day with the part re-assembled and ready to go. They replaced the worn out heaters in the platen and the press was back in service. I'm so happy to have found Larry at Clark Heating & Cooling Inc. I have three presses and while I can do minor repairs on them myself, I have always dreaded big repairs because so many service companies are reluctant to take on unfamiliar projects. While I understand their hesitation, I really appreciate a company that is willing to take on a bit of risk in order to help a customer out of a tough spot. The job was done very professionally. Everyone we dealt with were very helpful. We use Clark for all of our heating and cooling needs.

We have been using Clark for 15+ years and have been happy with their service and installation. They are professional and knowledgeable and do not try to sell products and services that are not needed. Their price on a new installation of our HVAC system was the lowest of the 7 companies that provided estimates. Though we typically do not automatically grab the lowest estimate, the apples to apples comparison from other estimates validated the value of the product. Also, given our service history with Clark, making the decision was not difficult. The actual project was seamless given the time of year for installation of a new furnace. It was raining very hard for the duration of the installation and there was no evidence of mud/moisture on our floors or carpets. The installation crew was aware of the need to complete the project in one day to avoid leaving us without heat for a night. Their staff was courteous and conscientious. This project was challenging in that we converted from a heat pump (electric) to gas. Duke installed a new gas line, a building permit was required (City of Montgomery $100), an outside inspection agency had to inspect, Duke had to return to hang a meter. All told, the process took several weeks not counting the time waiting for Duke to run the gas line. Clark stayed in touch with us throughout the process to make sure that all was going as planned. Their installation crew was ready shortly after the gas line was ready to go. It was a positive experience from start to finish.

Ryan arrived on time. Used shoe covers to avoid bringing in dirt from outside. Did service work quickly and explained all work that was done.

Textbook operation. Diagnosed potentially hazardous situation, quickly remedied problem and scheduled the installation of new unit.

The technicians were punctual and spent time inspecting our furnace. Answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Feel we are ready for winter with the check they performed.

On-time. Office called to confirm appointment, and let me know he was on his way. Very pleasant. Completed job in timely fashion. As usual very good.

Supervisor & crew showed up on time with all needed equipment. worked all day and left with all systems working.

The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained that the blower is going bad and the life of my furnace (over 10 years) was coming to an end. Because of the age of the furnace, he suggested that I not replace the blower because it is expensive and the furnace may not last that long. He replaced the capacitor with the intent to extend the life of the furnace blower. He gave me a quote for a new Carrier gas furnace and also suggested a way to reduce the cost by buying the service package when I replace the furnace. The service package would give me a 10% discount on all parts. He also answered my questions regarding changing the furnace to a heat pump and we discussed the pros and cons of that decision. I would recommend this company to my friends and I will call them for my needs in the future.

Our service provider from Clark arrived soon after call from office. He was polite & personable. He provided us a written report which he went over in detail - explaining what the numbers met.

The technician arrived at the time expected. He explained what he was going to do and did it efficiently. He thoroughly answered questions and addressed our concerns. He behaved in a professional manner.

This company had great reviews so I was happy to have them service our air conditioner for the year. They were so prompt with email questions I had, called before they arrived and the technician, Ryan, was wonderful. He was so professional and put his shoe covers on before entering the house, did his inspection and then went over everything at the end. I so highly recommend this company!

I called them and they were here in an hour. I will call them late and night and they will come out. I had an oil leak and they came and put powder on it and came back the next day and cleaned it up.

We know that they know our heating system and we've always got good service out of them. They are very responsive. The call and when they make the appointment they give us a 2 hour window and then when they are on their way they give us a call. They are friendly and very knowledgeable and you can ask any questions.

Excellent! They were wonderful. We've been going business with them for years. We've had them for about 15 years. They have 24 service for emergence which we've never had to use. We've always got somebody out here like within a day of the problem. They were very competitive.

After paying $109.00 to have them jiggle a wire, I had to call another company a month later to actually look into the problem of why it stopped working and fix or replace the humidifier. The new company unclogged the completely clogged and calcified drainage and replaced the celinoid on the humidifier. They charged me $135.00. I am disappointed that two men from Clark came out originally and did nothing to fix the problem or investigate why it had stopped working in the first place. Before they left, they had turned up the humidifier so high that the windows dripped for a month. A brand new humidifier is $200 - I ended up spending $244 total because of Clark's inadequate service.

I highly recommend these guys! Initially there was some difficulty because of a previous service company had left the fan and furnace disassembled, with parts missing off the blower motor and wires hanging out of the furnace. Larry put everything back together and got it up and running. This meant a lot to me, particularly because many HVAC service people do not like to come into a job where it has been left dissembled by someone else, which is understandable, since it is a liability. Larry (the owner) fixed the blower motor, reinstalled it, and wired up the rest of the furnace, and his company was the lowest bid. So top marks from me: good service at the lowest cost, I will certainly call his company again with any future HVAC issues.

Clark is great, we have been using them for 13 yrs and have only had one problem that was rectified right away. Would recommend to anyone looking for heating & ac service.

It went very well. They told me it might take 2 days for the whole replacement but they were totally done by 4:00 in the afternoon the first day. We have been pleased with the product so far and would definitely recommend them to others.
