We received three quotes for the work. One was from our existing company, another company off Angie's list, and Clark. After reviewing the quotes (all were roughly comparable) and because of a personnel recommendation from a colleague at work, we chose Clark. The installation was completed in two days and ended up great. We are extremely pleased with our new system and installation, including the relocation of our A/C unit. Clark even came out a year later and redid some PVC venting when we replaced our chimney cap. Based on our experience, we have no hesitations in recommending Clark and are glad they will be our HVAC company.

Excellent, it was a heat pump, set it to work at a lower temperature to cover the night, as the part shop was closed. Came back the very next morning , installed the new part, readjusted the thermostat, and all work great, have already made then my go to company for my 5 rental properties.

We bought a service contract to have our furnace and air conditioning checked out before each season. They change out filters and check for any problems. Always works out well for us.

Techs arrived on time; took much less time to install entire system than we thought. Techs were very nice, very professional. After installation, we were offered to purchase a $399 10 year parts and labor warranty. We were told that we'd get two visits per year, spring and fall. And that as long as we let them come and service in spring and fall, any and all problems with our system would be covered by the warranty. Last week, I get a bill in the mail from them for $223 for twice a year maintenance! I thought this must be a mistake, so I called them today. Nope. Not a mistake. Just a big LIE. We paid the $399 for the parts and labor warranty and we were NOT TOLD that you then MUST have two visits per year at $223!! That was NOT explained to us. In fact, it was explained to us that by purchasing the $399 parts and labor warranty, that two visits per year were INCLUDED. Not at all. Prior to finding this out, I would have recommended Clark to anyone needing a new system. Now, I will not. I do not like being lied to, and I do not like their sneaky way of getting an extra $399 out of us. It sounded too good to be true, and turns out it is. DON'T PURCHASE THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY cause you'll also be on the hook for $223 a year. Otherwise, if you don't have the two visits, the warranty can be voided. TOTAL RIPOFF!!

The Clark tech was on time, and offered explanations as he performed the inspection and service. There was a delay in scheduling due to "no heat" emergencies for other customers, which is understandable. I think that I'd appreciate routine services being postponed for other customers if my heat was out in the winter. The communication with the Clark office was very good, so no disappointments or inconveniences took place. Since this was our first experience with Clark, and was a good one, I signed up for the 2X annual service to ensure that the air conditioner gets a good look over as well. Next fall, before winter arrives, I expect to schedule the follow up furnace service.

I had called multiple companies prior to finding Clark. Clark technicians were experienced with my high efficiency furnace, while other companies lacked the expertise and were just trying to replace expensive parts until it started working. The Clark technicians knew right away about my pressure switches, traps to empty etc, and got me up and running and even were able to fix a fluid leak. Additionally I had them put in a new furnace, their price was great and the installation was very professional and it has worked perfectly. If they can't figure out an issue they have a whole team of folks who try to solve it prior to selling you a part, A+

This is the only company that has ever serviced my oil furnace that didn't have to come back within a month or two because they changed the setting causing the furnace to stop working. Clark Heating is the only company I will ever use.

Fine. Serviceman explained stuff to me, wore blue booties to keep the carpets clean, put stuff back in place that he had to move to do the servicing.

Great. This was by far the most professional company that I have ever hired in over 40 years of home ownership. It began with Jim Allen who gave us our estimate, our installers (sorry but I don't remember all of their names except for Eric who, very patiently, walked me through the operation of the digital thermostat) to Roxie in the office who is applying for a rebate for us from our energy supplier. Every installer took the time to introduce himself to me, kept me informed at every step of the installation, and all were exceptionally polite. Jim even stopped by during the installation to check on the progress.

Went very well. The problem with our old AC was explained well, all options were clearly explained, and the unit was taken away and new one installed and tested.

A very thorough & kind service technician focused on his evaluation and how he accomplished this... What was for evaluation of the air condition equipment & do also furnace evaluation He changed my filters & explained all to me.
