It was excellent. We had a new heat pump installed so we got free services.

They were great. There were there when they said they would be. I'll use them again. In fact, they're supposed to come out in two weeks to service the furnace again.

I like them. I'm assuming they'll fix this when I call them. They respond to calls. They're easy to deal with. I called them and they showed up really quickly. They said whatever they did and fixed the problem. I'm not upset with them. They're also good with punctuality.

I always have them come out twice a year. I pay like a 130 something. I sign up for their maintenance agreement though. I pay like upfront once year and they come a couple of times. They're good. They get out pretty fast. We bought our whole new heating and cooling system from them a few years back and I felt like we got a pretty fair deal from them. They've been good to deal with. They're easy to get in touch with and get back to you. I've already signed up for another year's agreement with them. If I didn't like them, I wouldn't ever stay. I never stick with... If I don't like a company, that's the last time I talk to them. I've used them for quite a few years.

They have been fantastic. I can't say enough good things about them. I've had them for years. They've been very good, very on time and very polite. It's a great company. The workers have all been topnotch. They're on time when they say they're going to be here. They're very polite. They clean up after themselves. They do a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves. They call and check everything's right. I've had them for 15 years. They've been great.

They were outstanding! We wouldn't think of calling anyone else. One year they even offered to come out on Christmas Day to install some new batteries.

Extremely well. Eric and Brandon were polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. They worked well together and had all tools and supplies with them so there were no delays or problems. They replaced the unit and had our house cooling down again in no time. They also cleaned up after themselves. Job well done.

Tech was on time, professional, and thorough. Clark installed my new furnace and A/C a couple years back. I was happy with their work then and I have been happy to have them do the periodic maintenance as well. They changed air filter, humidifier pad, and inspected and cleaned everything.

Larry was the only bidder who sat right down and wrote the quote on the spot. Third generation owners show confidence in the value they provide, no gimmicks. The crew was great, polite and friendly. Eric was especially helpful providing good information along the way. They were here for two days to install furnace, AC, humidifier, adding roof vents, customizing the ductwork, and even installed a water heater that Larry had suggested I buy myself to save money. Some companies that offer lots of discounts are too busy, or by the time you get to the bottom line they're not as good as they appeared. Clark was straightforward, fair price and on time.

They have been providing our maintenance services for our premises for 40 years.

We have a 2 times a year maintenance contract w/ Clark. They installed our complete system 16 yrs. old. We have had no problems. They have given us an ''hearts up'' that some major parts may need to be replaced within the year. That is to be expected after 16 years.

They are informative and professional.

All reps from this company were great. Although we had to wait a week for new install. We were in middle of heat wave so they were swamped.

I called Clark Heating & Cooling. They gave me back a call within minutes. Then when agreed Chuck arrived to our house and he did a great job. He fixed our unit at reasonable cost, explained failure and what we could expect from our old unit. I used Clark to replace our furnace around 7-8 years ago and one more time they did a terrific job. No doubt I will recommend them and use them again.

Clark’s team arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. They were careful riot to track dirt on the floor or carpet. They removed all debris and cleaned up completely inside the house and outside. The new system has worked problem free since being installed.
