There are only 2 options, either technician never opened my unit and only want to charge me service fee and go and try to make me buy a new unit or technician didn't have any idea about A/C units. Wire that was broken was easy to find and when next company came and showed me defect I cound't believe that previous guy didn't find that issue...or he did? I was extremely disappointed and called Clark to make a complain. I was hoping to get an apology by their owner and in theory they said he will be calling me in a couple of days but after 3 weeks I still waiting his call. I thought that it was an issue with a technician but I'm now thinking it is a systemic problem and Clark doesn't care to lose a client.

I use them for all of my heating and air conditioning needs. When I have problems, I call them up. I have been using them for decades. I didn't compare the price. The work wasn't perfect and I had to do a little work myself. It was more aesthetic than functional. Two people came out and it was fine.

Installation went very well. They technicians were prompt, polite, they cleaned up after themselves and were very knowledgeable. When installation was complete they explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again.

our tech was the best, thorough friendly and helpful. We had a squeak in our system and he tracked it down and fixed it, way above and beyond the call of duty.

On time, quick to schedule appt. Trustworthy. Have used Clark Heating & Cooling for 40 years and they do excellent job. Don't feel as though they are trying to cheat or sell extra products.

The activity was completed in one day. I was kept informed of the progress during the installation. Everyone was courteous and neat. At completion, the installation area was left clean and tidy. The unit has been operating for a month and half with no problems noted. An excellent experience from purchase to installation.

Were on time as indicated by office when they would arrive. Explained in detail repairs that were required or described in detail general maintenance work that was being performed.

The service was under warranty. They got me in when I called for the service and they completed it within a good amount of time.

removal of old unit and installation of new went smoothly. did have an issue with the dehumidifier not working. they said it was because the thermostat that came with it did not preform that function. What BS, why would you buy a AC that did not remove the humidity. got as high as 68% humidity during June/July. Clark rep agreed that should have happened and replaced the thermostat at no cost. worked great after that. I blame manufacturer for selling thermostat with unit. They knew better and were being cheap.

It went well. I would hire them again. It started over a holiday weekend. Our air conditioner stopped cooling the house. After some investigating on my own I found the A-coil was frozen solid. Internet searching pointed to low coolant. This wasn't the first time we've had to add coolant. I thawed the A-coil for when Clark came out. They recommended replacing the coil and the compressor with new. I asked about replacing the furnace since everything was builder grade and almost 15 years old. They said they could get me a better price if I did it all at once. So I did. We scheduled the work for later in the week. They did a great job replacing the old unit with new. Different teams were here to do different parts of the installation and ALL did a great job. They finished on schedule with no surprises.

My central air unit is in the attic crawl space and is difficult to access. They had to remove and replace some wood slats on the side of the house to exchange units. The installation went well and they gave me a free furnace cleaning and inspection as well. Larry was very responsive and professional and the unit works great. They also have flexible payment options.

That was good. I'm not sure how competitive their prices are, but the services are really good. I didn't really check the price out. They're convenient, they're local. I didn't really bid it out. I don't think it's outrageous, but I don't know if it's wonderful. I don't have any problems with the quality. Responsiveness was good. They were right when they said there were going to be there. I have not any bad experiences with them. I got a five-year plan like it was part of the original part of the furnace and then I did some extension. I probably pay them $100 for that kind of thing.

They were fabulous. I always have used them for years and years. They are very, very honest people. They have decent prices. They come right out when you need them. They're great people. They're super honest and good people. They don't overcharge. The work is perfect. My interaction with them is perfect. They're very nice people. I would absolutely use them in the future.
