Service went very well. The scheduled service call just happened to coincide with a neighborhood electrical power outage. The service technician had to return later in the day following restoration of electrical power in order to diagnose and fix the problem, which he did, without an additional service call fee. He explained the pros & cons of the $150 "super seal" leak repair kit (i.e. no guarantee of success, but might prolong the life of the unit), without trying to talk me into purchasing the kit. I opted to purchase the kit, which so far has resulted in two additional years of air conditioner operation.

I called them because they put the system in when the house was built. They were very good.

My interaction with them was very good. Their employees were excellent. I was very happy with the service. The price was fine. Their punctuality was very good because the furnace went out during the winter time. They got out here right away. They were very professional. I had the owner of the company come out to check on it while they were working on the furnace. They were very nice. They are local. I would use them again in the future if need be.

They were a local company that I had heard about. I went with another company who used a better product. I was satisfied with the interaction. They were nice, but they didn?t give me what I wanted.

The furnace wouldn't come on, and they came right out. We have a favorite man to work with. He is great. They are scheduled to do spring maintenance pretty soon. They managed to get the furnace working pretty quickly. They didn't charge us for their time. They only charged us for the part. It's a smaller company. They have a small staff. I feel like we have more personal contact with them. They do great work. They are very punctual. You don't get any kind of recordings when you call. There's a person at the desk. Whatever your issue is, they jump right on it.

Damien came from a family party over Memorial Day weekend to fix my A/C problem. It was a hot weekend and I have my 83 year old mother living with me, so I was very concerned about the temperature in the house. He was cheerful and professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem with the pump on my furnace. He replaced the pump and did other checks on the system to make sure everything was in working order before he left. The price I was charged did not include any surcharge for the holiday weekend service call.

We are very happy with their work. We have been using them for years. Whenever we?ve had a problem with our furnace, night or day, they have come out to fix it. We will continue to use them in the future.

Perfectly! Since the correction of the problem took so little time, the service man spent time with me directing me on how to do the typical home maintenance a home owner would likely do. A very nice touch. The company rep called to confirm the man was on his way and the expected arrival time. That was a comfort.

I really love their work. They are honest, reliable and straight forward. They stand behind their work. They show up on time and complete the work on time. The price is fair.

My oil furnace decided to have issues on the coldest day of the year. I called their oncall number at 1am and a tech was at my house by 2am. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issue within an hour and get my heat back on. I've used them a couple of other times over the past couple of years and they are always professional and quickly resolve the problem. The service was kind of expensive but what can you expect when you have to have someone come in the middle of the night. They clearly stated their rates prior to allow me to wait until normal business hours but it was just too cold.

The serviceman checked our unit, and showed us on a digital camera how the unit was all rusted out. He gave us an estimate of what the repairs would cost. We felt no pressure from him to replace the unit. After discussing the situation, we decided to replace the 16 year old unit. Clark ordered the unit and told us it would be in in seven days and they would replace it that day. It took two days to install the unit which was the time frame that they told us it would. We are very pleased with the work they did. They protected my floors with tarps and cleaned up afterwords. They also did an excellent job in installing the unit--since it was smaller than the previous unit they had to build an insert between the unit and the ceiling.

The work was done May, 2007. I remember the contractor explaining the ratings on the A/C units, and it must have been fine because I don't remember any problems.

Bill Hamm came on time and was extremely professional. I told him I needed a new furnace and air conditioner system since the units were 20 years old and I had been having trouble the last few years. He told me exactly what I needed and did not sell me anything I did not need. I have used them since I moved here in 1990 and have found them most reliable. He put me in his schedule immediately and they completed the job in less than two days. The installers were absolutely wonderful...worked hard and were most polite. They put paper down over my hardwood floors and wore shoe covers whenever going from outside to inside. They cleaned up beautifully and explained everything to me so I would understand how to get the best out of the system. The office called me after it was finished and wanted information on my energy bill for a $200 rebate. They also are getting the rebate information together from manufacturer of the furnace so I can file it for an additional $150 rebate. I recommend them highly!

They called when they were on there way and all went well.

I woke up one morning to find that an exhaust tube that led from the furnace to the outside of the house had fallen apart due to rust, so the exhaust from the furnace (carbon monoxide) was unable to vent outside. I called Clark after I discovered this and left a message for them. By the time I got to work, they had called me back. I gave them my pass-code to enter the garage. One of their inspectors came in to asses the damage that morning. The venting we had was no longer code so the only option was to replace the furnace. Two service men arrived the next morning at 9 am and worked straight until noon to install the new furnace. They were professional, they cleaned up everything, and showed me how the furnace operated and where to install the filter. Clark even offered a 12 month same as cash financing plan.

We were VERY pleased with our experience with Clark. They were professional, prompt, and helpful in getting our heat going. They came right away, as we requested. We have an older furnace and they did not try to sell us a new one, but told us honestly that they thought we still had some life left in it, and checked it's safety with the repair, to be sure all was well with making the repair needed, and we then had our heat restored on a very cold day. They also came two days later with a replacement part, and all was very fast and very reasonable in price. We plan to now schedule our yearly check up on our furnace with them, and will definitely use them with any problems we have in the future.

EXCELLENT JOB. CLARK WAS NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT EVEN THE BUILDING INSPECTOR WHERE I LIVE SAID THEY DO GOOD WORK. EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETED AS PROMISED AND IN THE TIME FRAME ESTIMATED.
