We have used clark as our maintanace provider since we bought the house. The Home inspector told us the system was old and we should replace it soon. That was 15 years ago and the system was the original in the house. They have kept it going for quite some time. It finally dies on one of the hottest weeks of the year. I thought maybe the system needed cleaned so I called an they had a great special on cleaning for $89 half of what most people were charging. So we called them out. They checked the system and said it had finally reached it's end it was leaking and the system was so old parts were not an option. He said he could fill it but at the current price for freon it could leak it out in just a few weeks and we would have spent 700 to fill it and be back to get a new system soon. he felt the money would be better spent in replace a non fixable old unit. He said he would get me a quote . 10 minutes later he came back and gave me the price. 4500 to replace the whole unit. I said I would need to speak with my wife and I would get back with them. I spoke with her and we compared with what her parents had paid to have one put in and the quote seemed very reasonable. Budget being tight we wanted to make sure we were getting a good price so I have several more estimates done. I checked pricing from the top of the line systems down to the cheaper known units and after 7 quotes some for the same equipment no one was within 1000 of there quote. During this time we placed calls back with Clark with questions and every time they answered them with honesty and with a willingness to work with us. we agreed to the price and they said they could get it installed the next day knowing it was going to get hot over the weekend. They arrived on time and called before coming. two guys started the install and said more would arrive later after another job to speed things up. They promptly started to work I found them all to be very Nice and pleasant to talk with. around noon the rest showed up and by 4:00 they were done. Today it is 94 outside and 73 in my house the system is quitter more efficient and my very furry Malalmute is no long panting 24/7. Great Job, service, and company. They cleaned up everything and even gave me a coupon for my first check and cleaning. Thats Service. In a day when customer service is so low companies should look to Clark to see how to do it right. A few notes of interest. I found out that they hire kids out of our local vocational school and help them give the graduating students a start in a career and I like this allot. Also I spent some time talking with the employees and usually here is often when you can get an idea of a company by the way the speak of the company. Every employee spoke extremely well of Larry the owner and the company They genuinely seemed very happily employed

They do good work and I would recommend them.

I needed to have the HVAC system serviced in the condo we had for sale. I found Clark's name on Angie's list and sent them a message. Beth was very nice and we worked out a day and time my husband could meet the technician. In my conversation with Beth, she referred a plumber since we also needed some plumbing work done. She gave me a name, but that turned out to be a nightmare. Stick to what you are good at, the plumber was awful. Was very happy with the work done by Clark and the price was very reasonable.

The technician arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He explained what the problem was in words I could understand. The repairs took less than an hour.

That was great. It was pretty good. They were on time, they were very professional. We did have a few problems and they came back and fixed the problems. I would use them again.

Our thermostat started acting flaky - going black and getting stuck in the safety mode - at random times. I'd been missing having a newer tech thermostat anyway (like we did in previous house) and wanted a new touchscreen, wifi thermostat that I could control from my iphone. I called on Friday morning and they weren't able to come that day but they came on Saturday morning so I was very pleased with their response time. There was a little confusion of which model he had brought so he was happy to drive back and bring the one I thought was coming. To me, its worth every penny for the ease of controlling schedules and no one waking everyone up at night when I want to adjust the temperature. Now I can just reach over to my nightstand and use my phone. We use Clark for our annual maintenance and they've been great.

It was fine. It was a favorable experience. I used them earlier to install an air cleaner.

confirmed heat pump and furnace in excellent condition. I bought a maintenance contract for a year which covers maintenance for twice a year. previously performed major warranty work on the Carrier which I believe has supported the excellent condition of the heat pump and furnace. Tom, lead person was very professional besides Clark's owner being supportive..

They were very timely, friendly and most importantly professional in their work. Our builder had installed the furnace prior to putting up the drywall so it was very difficult to access all the bolts that were holding the furnace in the wall. Unfortunately, the installer accidentally cut a water line while trying to remove the old furnace. He and his assistants however did turn off the water supply, drive to the nearest Lowes and get the appropriate materials and replaced our water line with new PVC and brass fittings. They cleaned up the floor of any and all traces of water. I appreciate all the hard work they did to make this job turn out well. We are very happy with our new furnace and heat pump (especially since spring only lasted a couple of days and we are expecting cold and snow again) and also very happy to have new water lines with new shut-off valves. I would definitely recommend Clark to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

great. starts with low pressure sales call. no high pressure tactics, just good prices on carrier equipment. did job as promised. didn't change the price despite a few adjustments-i requested intake pipe and temp sensor after they started working. office staff courteous on the phone and generally on top of things. 3 months later, equipment is great and no complaints,

We've been using them for over thirty-three years. They're professional. The guys are very knowledgeable. I can ask stupid questions and they answer me. They're clean and decent and I will totally recommend them.

Received call in morning that technician was on his way, he arrived several minutes later. Very professional as always from this company. I mentioned unit was working fine, maybe not as cool as it should be. A/c unit was cleaned and serviced, drain line blown out. Small amount of coolant was needed, but not enough to be charged for. I was given price of coolant at beginning of service call, if it was needed and gave the okay to add if necessary. Tech noticed drain line had been damaged and duct taped by husband, he fixed it. Suggested changing filters more often than manufacturer states because of pets in house. I have had this company do all a/c and heating since the late 1980's for two different homes and have no complaints.

They arrived on time and did the job as specified. Overall, a good experience. I would work with them again.

I had a maintenance agreement with Clark. During their last visit they indicated some major components were beginning to fail and that they could repair, however, it might be more economical to replace the old system. I had already been thinking of replacing the system because of its age, and their advice only confirmed the decision for me. They quoted an excellent price to replace my system with a high quality system. I competitively quoted a couple suppliers and Clark was the most competitive by a significant amount. I contracted with them and they installed within a couple days. They did an excellent job, with no surprises. They were very helpful explaining the full benefits of the new system. I would not consider going to another vendor after my experience with them.

The team that worked on the install was friendly, courteous and fully cleaned up before leaving. We were particularly impressed the owner of the company stopped by to check on the progress and to see if we had any questions or concerns. We were very satisfied with the whole process and would call/recommend Clark Heating and Cooling again. Update: It's been two months since our installation and we have been running our new furnace - it works so much better than the furnace we replaced and as the tech initially explained, our heating bill has noticeably decreased!

I Was very pleased because they were able to send a repairman within the hour and they didnt charge extra. The service man was polite and professional. He worked quickly and explained all the charges.

The experience was terrific. While the cost was initially high I was given all the information on tax rebates and other savings beforehand without any sales pressure. All involved in the process were highly honorable people. I would go out of my way to recommend them to anyone.

I called Clark's after waitig for FIVE HOURS for Willis ONE HOUR to show up. Damien showed up promptly and in no time determined that a wire had burnt out. Only cost $129!! What a great bargain. I will definitely use Clark's again! Thank you!! I would highly recommend Clark's and will use them for all future heating/AC needs.

I've used them for about 3 years. They are very nice and very good.

When I called Clarks, the Tech called back almost immediately. Although a Sunday, he was able to come out within a few hours and evaluate the AC. He was very nice and helpful. He started with the electic system, which is what the problem was. the electric fuse ? was blown. Although not an electrician, he volunteered to go and get the part needed from Home Depot. He returned shortly, installed the electric fuse and the AC worked. He proceeded to evaluate the air condition/furnace system and gave it a good report. I was so thankful to have such a helpful person to assist us. this saved me from missing work to wait for a someone to come out on a weekday. I have used Clark before for mantainence and always find them extremly great to work with.

I've used them for probably 30 years. They are extremely professional, honest, and reliable. I like them very much. It's been a while since I've used them. I need to call them to come out and service my furnace.
