Description of Work: We had water around our HVAC system. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem (filter I didn't realize was there) and fixed the issue. Communication was great and appreciated the explanation.

It went well.
Description of Work: Clark Heating & Cooling replaced our furnace and the air conditioner. They looked at my heating and air conditioning duct and said that it was done inefficiently and they observed what it was and realized and it decreased efficiency of the way things were in the house. So they went beyond just putting a new one in.

Description of Work: Repaired my furnace. It was blowing cold air. The service tech arrived about 2 hours after I called the company. He was very pleasant and professional. He told me a microchip and flue pipping needed to be replaced. He quoted what I thought was a fair price. Since the first call was on the weekend, the actual repairs couldn't be done until the following Monday. Two service technicians arrived on time and completed the work in an hour, but they took their time and explained to me what they were doing. Both were pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

TECHNICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Description of Work: NO COOLING, WATER BACKED UP AND LEAKING THROUGH FIRST FLOOR CEILING (INDOOR PORTION OF HEAT PUMP LOCATED ON SECOND FLOOR). CHECKED FREON, FOUND LOW ON FREON. EVAP COIL NEEDS CLEANED. UNCLOGGED DRAIN.
