It was excellent. We called, Jordan came out and gave us an estimate within a few days of calling. They worked us in quickly, which was nice because we had an event to host soon afterwards. His estimate was significantly less than the other we received and was very reasonable as well.

Certa Pro painted the exterior of our home last year and I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and service. When it came time to have our second floor bedrooms and baths painted, I contacted them again. I received excellent help in selecting colors from their color consultant and the job was scheduled around my need to have the painting done before I had new flooring installed. The crew worked Friday, Saturday and Sunday to conclude the job before the flooring crew arrived. My painting crew was professional, hard working and meticulous in their work. They took special care with irregular places in the walls, sanded rough wall surfaces and repaired holes the home builder had left. I love the color and the crisp, clean look of all the rooms. I highly recommend Certa Pro.

Certa Pro painters were extremely professional and did exceptional work. The job supervisor was in constant contact with me during the job, making sure I was happy with the work. At the end of each day, the paint crew tidied everything up and left no evidence they had been there. I was especially thrilled with the result of painting our shutters since they had faded badly. From start to finish, Certa Pro made the process pain free and we are thrilled with the result.

The quote process was fine. The work was good. It was drawn out a little due to the weather, but that will happen when you wait until October to paint your house. I would use this company again.

They were fantastic. The quality was excellent, as was their price. They were incredibly responsive to my needs. They subcontracted the job out, and I am very happy with both Certa Pro and the company who did the work. I was so impressed by the professionalism of the salesman. Not only did he come out to do the estimate, he came back after the job was complete to check out the job and ensure our happiness.

I did not have a single complaint. The workers were well supervised, skilled,courteous, neat, and professional. The colors matched perfectly. The rates were very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

Overall they did a very good job, worked quickly, and left the place neat. The agent Matt Workman came to give an estimate, and wrote down very detailed notes and instructions for the painting team. We already had color numbers selected for the brand of paint which they use, which sped up the process. The team leader came about a week and a half later, after they gave us a call as advance warning, and did pressure washing. The next week a team of three came and got the job done in two days. This included two coats of paint. I had asked them to nail a small board that fell off the eave, which they did, although I had to remind them on the second day. They left the site very clean and no damage was apparent except a few drops of paint on the doorbell in back.

They were excellent. I spent around $2000 during that time. They did pressure washing. It was a three day event. They didn’t take additional time; they completed the work on time. They showed up time, they were clean and professional. I never had to clean up after them. They did a great job. They normally have several different crews that they contract to work. The crew that came to do the work at my place did a great job. I will use them again in the future.

The guy from Certapro Painters just came into our yard, one day. He did a very good job. Certapro Painters provided us with overall good service. They took a while to come back and do the touch up, though. Apparently, they had some issues with their foreman at that time; he had some personal problem. So, the touch-up took some time, but when it was done, it was a really good job. It was good that they came in late for the touch-ups because they came after the winter was over. Their price was a little high, but not the most expensive. The quality of their job was good. They were punctual. They were very professional. In fact, they were asked not to smoke around the house and they did a pretty good job of honoring it. There was a little paint that fell on our neighbor?s truck, but they cleaned it.

A crew of 3 did the job in 3 days. I thought it could've been done in 1.5 days, but there was no extra charges. And the work was well done, with a complete cleanup every day.

They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. They also painted a cathedral ceiling. Their prices were a little higher than another estimate I got, but they had done the other side of the house and they came back and did it, do I knew I could trust them to do a good job.

Once started, the job was finished in 8 calendar-days, with two rain interruptions. The team foreman (Chuck) was very customer-satisfaction oriented and went over-and-beyond my expectations in the work he performed, though some of the other team were less motivated toward customer desires. The entire job was the most professional I have encountered and was even better than the previous job they did 8-years previously -- with some minimal exceptions. The detail work on the window trim was found to have some missed areas which were left unpainted where the areas were obscured when the casement-style windows were closed. A couple other areas were not properly and completely sanded (per the contract instructions) before being painted. Another area was missed on the garage door, again that was visible only when the door was in-transit or open. I corrected these deficiencies myself with residual paint that was left behind, rather than call them back for a half man-day of small corrections, although they offered to come back at any time to make repairs or corrections. Also, even though they specified in the contract that they would use chemical strippers, pressure wash, and scraping to remove ALL flaking stain/paint on the deck floor in preparation, I felt that they failed to remove all of the failed old material, as demonstrated by my ability to blow more loose with a leaf blower. I noted this to the supervisor and senior management so that there would be no argument during the subsequent multi-year warranty, if this loose surface should cause premature failure to the new double-coat of stain. Overall, the job looks great. The people were clean, courteous, and professional. And their efforts combined with my presence and oversight produced an excellent and highly satisfactory job.

Called during winter. Estimate was prompt and professional and price was lower than others. Came as soon as weather permitted. Very good about calling. Large crew completed work in 2 days. Quality of work was good except for several windows stuck shut. They assured me thrice they would attend to this prompty but did not. I had, of course, paid by this time. Took me some time to do this myself.

They did a pretty good job. There were only two places we had to touch up after they left. One place where the wall color had been accidentally brushed on the trim and one place where the wall color had dripped onto the trim. It was getting dark by the time they finished up, so we did not notice these areas until after they had left, when the sun was shining into the room. Also, we had used this company before and the communication this time was not as good as it had been previously.

No complaints. Well, the front door is an ugly color but that is my fault. :0)

Excellent. They said they would arrive at 8:30 and arrived at 9:30. Once they started, they worked hard all day to finish the job. The rooms look very professional and the closets were not easy as they contain wire shelving. They also repaired holes and cracks in the walls and ceiling before painting.

Went very well. Worked very quickly and efficiently. They helped find a carpenter to fix some damaged wood shakes. Job completed in 3 days.

Excellent! They worked with me in scheduling to allow me time to finish window repairs necessary prior to having paint applied. They arrived on time and finished on time. They treated me with respect and it seemed the paint crew wanted me to be satisfied with work completed. They would ask me if there was any questions on anything. They finished on time and left a clean job site.

We met Certapro reps at the Cincinnati Home & Garden Show 2008. Then we called for an appointment to which Dave Rankin, who was great, responded immediately. He surveyed the job the next day and faxed the proposal to us the day after. Proposal outlined every aspect of the job in detail, including a general description of the project and then broke it down into set-up, preparation, and painting to be done. The company also provided us with a complimentary color consultation with their design specialist, Melissa. Melissa's services proved to be invaluable as it allowed us to choose new colors within the context of our own home and benefit from her excellent and much needed design talents. Once completed, the painters started within a few days and worked continuously, except weekends, until the job was completed. We remained in the home during the project with relatively little inconvenience. The guys were conscious of our needs and especially concerned with protecting our furnishings. They were polite and respectful and showed concern that all was as desired. More importantly, the painting they did was excellent. Certapro provided us with an on site supervisor who was also a painter. As a seasoned, professional painter, Sean, insists than all of the guys working with him maintain the same high quality standards. We continue to be amazed about the near perfect "cut-ins" at the ceiling and borders! These guys even sanded out the rough spots plastered nail holes all so we would have perfect results. And we surely do! Our home looks incredible! We highly recommend Certapro to everyone we know. The company and its staff are reliable, dependable professionals who provided us with the perfect interiors. In fact, we just hired them again to paint our kitchen walls which we deferred until it was complete! What more can I say?

The experience was very good. They were prompt and they were very courteous and they got the job done quickly. Anything I asked them to do they did. I'd say that their cleanliness and their safety in performing the job was very good.

CertaPro painted our exterior about seven years ago and the finish has held up very well without flaking or peeling. This time, the estimator, Adam West, came to our home on short notice to give us an estimate for the exterior and also interior work (see separate report in that category). We needed the estimate quickly and he went out of his way to get it to us with 24 hours. The estimate was among the lowest of several companies. We ultimately gave the work to another company for reasons unrelated to price. I would not hesitate to hire CertaPro again.

CertaPro's estimator, Adam West, arranged an appointment on short notice to give us an estimate for both interior and exterior painting (see report in that category). He was prompt, professional and discussed various details of the job with us during a walk through. He made an extra effort to get the estimate to us quickly and the price was substantially lower than all but one of our other estimates. We chose another contractor for reasons of no importance to this report and would not hesitate to contact them again.

Very well. We will use this company again.

Debi came out and gave the quote. She was pleasant and helpful with answering questions I had about which type of paint to use. The main reason we didn't go with them was that their price was the highest of the 4 quotes we got.
