Description of Work: Work estimated and performed within days of requesting services. Painting crew (supervisor Jason) did excellent work, paid very close attention to protecting floors and carpets, and kept area clean after hours. Total experience was exceptional

Description of Work: The first individual whom Certi-Pro sent to our house to paint, was simply a guy who paints. He was not a professional painter at all in our view. He didn't even know how to remove wall paper. He showed up late, left early and took copious smoke breaks. What was also interesting was that he was supposed to be a crew of painters. If crew is one (1) person, then we presume he was a crew. After vehemently complaining however, Certi-Pro brought in a crew of painters, who did spectacular work. The field Operations rep and the crew who ultimately completed the work were very nice to work with. I would use Certi-Pro again, only after vetting the individuals who were assigned to perform the work.

Description of Work: They didn’t do what they were supposed to do. They did not scrap and just painted. They did not wipe any paint off the windows or brick. They did not put two coats on everything. They were absolutely awful. There are even paint hand prints on the windows.

Description of Work: They painted the inside of two story house. I did not know the painter was a subcontractor and they had the run of the house because we had moved. They threw open windows during a hot day and ran ac all day too. I should have known they were not professional painters when the blue paint tape was put up on everything. It took them hours to put the tape up and they still got paint on things, and left the tape on the edges when done. Their sparkling powder was on everything too. The painter got snooty when I asked him to clean up the area. Later I had to hire someone else to clean up after them $400.00. He was upset he had to repaint a wall they did not skim-coat properly as it had been stripped of wallpaper. He told me rooms were done when they had not painted the ceiling as instructed. They painted rooms the wrong color. The basement paint was to be used upstairs and the wall they had to repaint was painted the wrong color just for retribution. He kept telling me what a good deal I got on the bid and shouldn't I tip them. They were there a week longer than scheduled because he did not manage the job correctly. Had I known how unprofessional they would be, I would have used another painter I had bids from. We later found that a gold St. Christopher was taken from one of our rooms by one of the painters. They also cleaned brushes in the kitchen stainless sink and left paint splotches all over it when they had a utility tub in the basement. They did not remove switch covers in many rooms. They splattered paint on baseboards and left them. They stopped up one sink with junk and left it and did not alert me to the problem. Do not use Certapro if you want quality or need a timely job done. Don't be fooled by the price if you get a good quote. Run.

Description of Work: This is the second time using Certapro painters. The first was in 2011, and they painted all our exterior trim/downspouts/garage doors. They were in and out in a day, and it looks as good today as the day they did it. That was why I went to them when deciding to have someone paint our two-story family room/foyer and ceilings for those rooms. I had done the job twice before, and it's a big undertaking. | |Ben came out to provide our estimate, and we had the details figured out over the course of a weekend. When I emailed him a question on a Friday night, I was surprised with a prompt response. | |After accepting our proposal, Hannah was able to schedule our job through email, which was very convenient. | |Gus and Javier arrived right on time and worked very hard to transform our two spaces beautifully. They completed this big job in a day. They were very professional, and respectful of our home, cleaning up and leaving it better than when they arrived.

Description of Work: Painted the exterior trim, windows and doors. Deck was pressure washed and stained. The work was good. The painters were very professional. I marked professionalism a 'C' because the communication link back to me was not very good. I was not given simple pre-pressure wash and painting instructions - like unlock the screens, leAve windows open that would've been helpful. Also the painters showed up at the house 3 hours early on the last day which left my daughter home alone while there were men outside the house. I was not happy about this because I gave very clear instructions about when to show up.

Description of Work: Certapro was in charge of painting the exterior of our house, including stucco and wood trimmings, plus our porch and esterior doors. Before painting, Certapro pressure washed the exterior of the house. Our house has about 1700 sq.ft.
