Description of Work: Site was neat and orderly when they were working. Everything looked great when they were finished.

Description of Work: Had an appt. set up for Landon to visit to review and then send me a bid, which he said that he would the next day. That was April 1st 2014. After me showing him around regarding the work that I felt needed to be done. He said he was going back and review the rooms, take measurements in order to get measurements and stats. He was upstairs, came down after around 7 minutes, had not taken any measuring devices or paper when supposedly doing measurements and notes. I have not heard or have I received any information, bid, proposal. I will move on and contact other painters in the area.

Description of Work: We have a 1,500 sq. ft. condo. We wanted everything painted - wall, ceilings, trim, doors, insides of closets. We hired Certa Pro for the job. Their bid came in $1,000 less than another company. The sales consultant came out for the bid, did it fast, and provided a written, guaranteed quote within a few minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Once we decided to use them, I signed the contract online and I received a call two days later by the Coordinator. The job was scheduled for two weeks later. The week before, a Design Consultant came by and she helped us choose our color palette. This was an invaluable service to ensure a beautiful end result. She also gave me some other design tips which I've put into play. The painters arrived on time - a crew of three - Christian, Louis, and Pedro. Christian was the Supervisor and I couldn't have been happier with any of them. They were quick, efficient and professional. We had water damage in one of the bathrooms on the ceiling (textured), and it was repaired. We also had water damage on a bedroom wall and that was repaired as well. Furniture was covered, moved and tarps put down. They worked 4/14 from 8:30 to 6:30, 4/15 from 7:30 to 6:00 and 4/16 from 7:30 to Noon. Everything was completed at that point. During the process, I had some questions, which were answered satisfactorily, as well as small touch ups I noticed, which also were taken care of promptly. The teams' clean up skills each day were wonderful - considerate and efficient. I could not be happier and the final result, work quality, and colors are nothing short of spectacular. It's like living in a new home. They did such a good job and were so accommodating, we felt a gratuity was in order and they were much appreciative. I would recommend Certa Pro to anyone in a heartbeat for any painting job, large or small.

Description of Work: The folks at Certapro did a good overall job. Their quote (that beat everyone else's) and professionalism in the sales process won them the job. After working with their color consultant the work began. It was completed in a timely, professional fashion but after the painters left we did find some remnants from their work. To their credit all issues were addressed.

Description of Work: No services performed. Too busy to show up as scheduled for estimate. Saw the nice reviews on Angie's List so used your on-line email contact feature on July 26. Received call back on July 27 scheduling an estimate on August 3. I was surprised to have to wait 8 days just to get an estimate. Received followup email with good description of what to expect. Received a call on August 2 from an unidentified woman asking if the appointment could be postponed (meaning...it needs to be postponed). I said OK, so when will it be. She didn't know. She hadn't reviewed the schedule before calling me. It took her a while and then she said :"his earliest next available appointment is August 18." Said nothing about trying to work me in sooner. I told her to just forget it. a) gap between day of contact and first appointment- 9 days b) gap between day of contact and rescheduled date: 23 days c) no apology d) if I can't count on them to keep the estimate appointment how reliable are they about actually doing the work? e) if they are so overwhelmed with work they can't get to me for 3+ weeks just for an estimate what does that say about the pressure on a painting crew to hurry up and get the job done (aka cut corners) and move on?
