Description of Work: They installed a new AC unit. it went great and they did a great job as always.

Description of Work: I had them out twice to service our heating and air after another contractor horribly bungled the job. They put in more hours than expected due to the other contractor screwing up our system. They did not charge more than they quoted at the beginning of the job on either occasion. Nothing but good things to say about this company. They did the work correctly, charged a fair price, and the tech (Chris) was an honest, good guy. I'd have them out any time I needed service. Note - the cost stated was combined from both service calls.

Description of Work: The technician was extremely helpful, even troubleshooting the night before and starting extra early to fit me in before I had to go out of town for the weekend. I will continue to use Bockrath for my heating and cooling needs, including a new system purchase when necessary.

Description of Work: We had a burning smell coming from our furnace. I called Bockrath and they came the same day. We had a clogged coil and they repaired it right away.

Description of Work: Ken at Bockrath is great. This is the third time we have used him on different homes we own. Late on a Friday we noticed that our a/c wasn't working. We called Ken and he was able to fit us in. He showed up and worked in the rain so we would have a/c over the hot weekend. We feel very comfortable having Ken in our home. We have had many contractors in and out over the past few months and Ken was the only one that took care to cover shoes when he came in our home.

Description of Work: Very professional, informative and punctual but of the 3 quotes I obtain for my new system, they were the most expensive.

Description of Work: I ordered the whole house humidifier through a special on Angie's List. Bockrath called promptly to schedule. They installed it and later that day, I noticed it was leaking. They came back quickly to fix it. It ended up leaking again a couple weeks later and they again came back. The third time it leaked, I was getting frustrated and asked if they could do something different. Chris was very responsive and he hooked it up differently so it would not leak again. Although, we had some issues, I was impressed with the responsiveness of Bockrath and in the end I am happy with the humidifier.
