Thermostat broke, and we were without heat on a cold day. Chris from Bockrath visited the same day I requested service and promptly fixed the problem. He did a great job, and I was impressed with his promptness.

I would highly recommend Bockrath HVAC. They did a terrific job. Chris was even able to get my old furnace working temporarily until we could get the new system installed. They took good care of us and even answered all of my questions about the quote and the different system choices. We had to make a quick decision and got 2 other quotes, but felt that they were the beat choice and I am glad we went with them. Wonderful team. We plan on having them do all of our maintenance.

It went very well. Communication about appointment was excellent and Ken showed up on time and went right to work. That morning, I did not know it but the humidifier was leaking. There was a lot of water on the floor surrounding the furnace! (The basement is finished, so part of the drywall was wet as well.) Ken knew exactly how to solve the problem and began with using his wet vac and then replacing the plastic tubing which led from the humidifier with PVC pipe as the tubing was blocked. He even added a right angle PVC connection to the end of the pipe so that the drainage would be better aligned with the floor drain. He did an excellent job and I was extremely grateful. And this was a totally unexpected problem! The inspection and cleaning of the furnace which followed was completed after he finished fixing the humidifier and that went very well. I highly recommend this company and specifically this repairman. I was so grateful, I tried to give him a tip and he refused to take it! Very professional. I booked this company because of an Angie's List special which was offered and Bockrath Company had fabulous reviews. I was very pleased with the whole experience and I will definitely use them again. as I plan to have them come out twice a year...once to check the AC and once for the furnace.

Extremely pleased with Ken and team from quote to installation and highly recommend. Comparing their work to my original installation, showed me their craftsmanship and service far exceeded the norm. Replaced furnace, AC and rusted duckwork. Requested installation of the UV light option to kill harmful germs. The Phone app is very convenient, I rarely use the thermostat. Ken was very helpful in setting up the phone app.

So we bought a house in Milford that needed a furnace and AC, I don't know anyone in Milford so we hired Bockrath because of the great reviews, these guys were awesome through the entire process, install was finished in a day. We highly recommend Bockrath.

Great -- I called first thing this morning and my furnace was fixed before noon. The technician was professional, polite, punctual and totally knew what he was doing. I will absolutely call Bockrath again.

It went great. This is exactly why I called them. They responded super fast. I texted at night and they came first thing in the morning the next day. They quickly identified the system needed more refrigerant. The price was right in my opinion for the service. I trust this company and cannot recommend them enough. Some years ago after calling many companies, they were the ones who actually fixed my AC, replacing the capacitor with the right one. They've earned my respect and trust.

Ken comes yearly to take care of our HVAC maintenance. He is always proffesional, friendly and helpful. He makes suggestions and answers our questions. After he visits our energy bill usually goes down. They are excellent.

Furnace is old but Ken was able to quickly diagnose that a capacitor went out. Other guys may have tried to sell me on a new unit or costly repair but Ken was honest and professional.

Chris and James were on time and super professional. They spent an hour examining my a/c unit, running tests to see what the problem was, working with the thermostat to get things running, etc. At the end of their visit they explained that the unit was working fine and that they did not find any problem with it. I was really happy they did not find a problem and was surprised when they said I did not owe them anything for their visit and time! I insisted that I needed to pay them for their trip and time but they very politely refused and said that since they didn't fix anything, no money was due. Wow! What a pleasure to work with such honorable professionals. I will absolutely call them again in the future.
