Description of Work: Replace heat pump inside and outside units. Installation inside was made difficult (i.e. shoehorn) due to a low ceiling in the area of my basement. All details were addressed and covered by Dennis Bockrath and his crew. I still call them for periodic inspections and service. Chris is the field service technician who has been coming out lately; and I recommend him. Note the date of original installation was Dec. 2009

Description of Work: They replaced the ignitor for the pilot light on my furnace. The light went out Sat morning. He came over that day and lit the pilot with a warning that the ignitor may be failing and he didn't have the part that day. It did but he came back out and replaced the faulty part on Monday.
