Description of Work: Best HVAC experience I've ever had. Called Sunday evening and they were able to get us on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Ken figured out the issue,fixed it in about half an hour, cleaned up the area and was very reasonable on the pricing. I've used some of the bigger companies out there and have also felt that the repairman are pressured to upsell to more expensive work. Very trustworthy, efficient and fairly priced.

Description of Work: I purchased the special thru Angie's list for a whole house humidifier. After I paid, they contacted me within 24 hours to schedule a time. They were there at my convenience within 5 days. The technicians were prompt and professional. It took about 1.5-2 hours. They showed me how to work everything and where to reach them with questions.

From start to finish everything ran like clockwork. The crew was very professional and cleaned up job site daily. The job was completed on time and with no cost overruns. The new systems work perfectly. I would definately recommend Bockrath Heating & Cooling.

Mr Bockrath is great. I got estimates from 6 companies and he was by far the most knowledgeable. I found his number in an online search, called and left a message. Within a few hours he called back. He was on vacation in Florida, but gave me a price range for his work and scheduled a time to come out when he got back. When he was back in town he called again to confirm our appointment and then came out. He measured everything and did a couple calculations with the size of rooms and number of vents that the other guys didn't do. Most just eyeballed it, he really did the math. His price was a little higher, but it was definitely the better equipment and service. I ended up not using him simply because I couldn't afford it at the moment but when I do have the money he is definitely the guy I will call.
