Bacher's Window Cleaning

I'm pretty "fussy" . . . and this company receives from me, an A+ rating. Also to say, this is the second time I've used the company, and the second excellent experience with them.

The crew was very prompt. They were courteous and focused on the task at hand. They cleaned up after themselves. We had tried to use this provider before, but timing wasn't right. We were very pleased with the job they did and will definitely be repeat customers.

They were very good. They are very professional and busy. I spent $110 and that was very reasonable. They were very efficient. They did a fine job and had a nice crew. Overall, the job was excellent.

Called Bacher's Window Cleaning for a quote in late January. I was planning to wait until the spring, but I couldn't stand looking at them anymore. Within the week they came out and provided a quote. I decided to hire them, and as soon as they had a decent weather day, they came out and completed the work. It was almost like they were never there, except I came home from work to sparkling clean windows! I was very pleased with the overall experience and I will definitely hire them again.

They were very accommodating to get my windows done before Christmas. Had to change the date to an earlier day due to the weather which was great with me. The workers were very professional and courteous. I have used them before so I knew they would do a wonderful job. My windows and chandelier sparkle!

I called Bacher approximately 2 weeks ago and left a voice message. I was called back within a few hours and scheduled to have someone come give us an estimate. He came out a few days later and gave us our estimate for the windows and gutter. We we thrilled about the price! A few days passed and I called and left another message that I was ready to schedule. Again, I got a return call within a few hours and was able to pick a Saturday morning when both my husband and I would be home to let the cleaner in. He arrived promptly and immediately checked and cleaned the gutter. Once finished with that he came in to do all of the inside work. He removed his shoes upon entering and worked his way from top to bottom and did a FANTASTIC job. Our windows were horrific and my attempts at cleaning them only made it worse. It took him approximately 60-90 min to clean all the windows inside and then told us we would finish with the outside and if we needed to run out and run errands he would leave a bill. We did arrive back while he was finishing up. He left the bill where he said it would and the check went out in today's mail. I'm sure he was just being polite by leaving the bill as he saw we'd brought lunch carryout back and didn't want to interrupt. However, I do wish he'd have rung the doorbell as I had wanted to tip him! Again, wonderful job and we intend to use Bacher again in the Spring and hopefully 2x a year going forward! Thanks!!!

After the painters left, the windows were extremely dirty from the power washing. Bacher's provided us with the lowest price quote and they did a fine job.

We've had Bacher clean our windows for the last four years, at least once a year. We're expecting them back within the month for this year's spring cleaning. Spring is a busy time for them and weather impacts their timing if they are doing exterior cleaning. We do not have specific event or other timing needs, so we call in April and ask them to put us on the list. A few days before our job comes up on their list they call to schedule the day and timing. They have always been here when they said they would. They are fast/efficient (we prepare for their cleaning visit by clearing access to interior window surfaces where we can) and polite/professional. And when they leave, our windows are clean.

Great job, pleasant to work with. Have a lot of very large windows and they came prepared with the right equipment to handle the job. Also, very reasonable price.

Did not show up the first date scheduled due to clerical (?) error. Kevin showed up on time and was very professional in his work. Did a great job. Happy that I did this.

The window sills were not clean so I pointed that out and he corrected it. Their work was fine. They were prompt.

The work turned out okay. They were timely in providing an estimate, and were very quick about scheduling the job and getting the job complete. I would use them in the future.

I had them for the first time and the representative did a great job. He worked hard to clean the windows. The price was very good. They responded quickly but they put me on the list so it took weeks for them to actually come out. They came when the said they were going to come.

Called their number and told them what I needed (all exterior windows on the home cleaned), whereupon the receptionist, who was very polite, gave me an estimate of $70.00 for the job (since they'd done my windows the year prior as well) and informed me it would be a couple of weeks before they could get to me. I told her that would be all right and she stated she'd call 2-3 days prior to let me know the actual day they'd be out. She called me 2 days prior to them coming out and they sent someone out as scheduled to complete the job in a couple of hours (within the two-week window they'd told me). They did a great job, as usual and the cost was $70.00 as estimated.

They showed up on time, did what they said they would do and said please and thank you. He made sure I was happy and stayed until the job was done right.

Everything went extremely well. From the first call to get an estimate, the scheduling, punctual service, high quality of work. I highly recommend Bacher's -- this was a difficult job. They handled it smoothly with no problems at all. Will definitely use them again and refer them to friends.

I hadn't had the windows professionally cleaned in the 4 1/2 years we lived in the house, so I'm sure it was a lot of work to remove the built-up dirt. My windows look amazing now! No spots or streaks. Bacher's was quick and tidy. They couldn't get to a couple of basement windows, but they let me know that before they left.
