He did an excellent job cleaning out my gutters and a great job cleaning up the leaves from my driveway and walkways.

They came as scheduled and did a great job. Very reasonable price and I will definitely have them do my windows again in the spring.

Excellent job. Arrived on schedule and did a fine job on the windows, lights and gutter and roof valleys. Used shoe covers inside and Kevin was very professional!! He took his time to do a thorough and professional job.

Initially called late in 2016 for services. They came out (we didn't have to be here) to estimate the job. The bid was fair but it was a very long wait since the holidays were so close. We decided to wait and called again a few weeks ago. Helga is wonderful to work with for scheduling! 2 men arrived when promised and did a thorough, professional job on our windows. This is a family owned, local company that takes great pride in their work. That pride is well justified.

Highly recommended. I called for an estimate on Friday. Bacher's came the next day, gave a price and performed the service at the same time. Quick and professional. Unlike some services I've used, Bacher's removed the debris after cleaning the gutters.

After trying a couple of well rated window/gutter cleaning companies with poor results, I was very glad to find Bacher. This fall is the third time they have visited our home and all three visits have been terrific. Kevin is personable, polite, hardworking, and is respectful to me and my home. My windows are sparkling clean, the tracks and sills are wiped down, and the gutters function well even though we have many deciduous trees. They usually have a 4-6 week lead time, which is never an issue for me. They also call four or five days prior to their visit which gives me ample opportunity to wash blinds, etc before they come. Bacher's is a company I would recommend with confidence to anyone who needs these services.

Was told even before I received an estimate that they were scheduling about 4-6 weeks out, but I was in no hurry. Called about 1 week before to schedule the exact date and time. Showed up exactly as scheduled and completed work in a very timely manor. Great job!

I called Bacher's yesterday and explained I was in a pinch. My gutters were overflowing right at the front walkway. I had my house up for sale and had showings to prospective buyers, so I explained I needed it done asap. They were already out - within 24 hours - came and did it and left the bill. Wowie! That was fast! And I have such peace of mind now. Thank you!

Bacher's are always friendly, thorough, and fair on prices! They've cleaned my parent's windows and gutters for years, so I got their number from them. The gutters were a mess (hadn't been cleaned in at least 2 years and we have a Willow tree that is a huge mess) and they cleaned them all. They cleaned up their mess as they worked. From estimate to work done was only a few days. Will definitely call Bacher's again this season for gutters to be cleaned and probably have my windows washed too! I ended up not having the deck work done at this time.

We called to get an estimate and received a call back within 30 minutes of leaving a message. We were told that we would get a call back in 2-3 days with an estimate after their specialists can visit our address. That is exactly what happened. We did not have to chase, call numerous times or wait. All the details were laid out over the phone, crystal clear, :) like our windows after the service was finished. Kevin came on time as agreed, cleaned all the outside windows without hoses, water puddles or mud. For the inside job, Kevin wore booties and wiped the floor after he finished each window. Kevin did a superb job: clean, without mes, efficient, polite and professional. Will absolutely use this service again! Thank you!

This was one of the most pleasant and easiest experiences I have had with a service provider. They gave me a quote to wash my windows and clean out the gutters. When Ron arrived he asked if I would like them to come back to do the windows because rain was in the forecast. I said that it did not matter to me whatever he wanted. His response was "You are the customer so we will do what you want." WOW....it felt great to hear those little words. They cleaned the windows with soapy water and a scrapper along with the window sills. My 87 year old mother was visiting and couldn't get over how great a job that Ron and his son were doing. That is quite a compliment from my mom. They also cleaned my gutters. I definitely felt the price/value was fair and had no problem telling Ron to schedule this bi-annually going forward.

They were fantastic. Fast reply to my request via AL Messenger, a quote the next day and the work completed by the next. The service was great.

I called on Friday morningand Keith came out that afternoon. I showed him our backdoor awning that had not been cleaned in at least 10 years. It looked like an impossible job. He gave me an estimate of $100. Very reasonable for gutter cleaning and the awning. I got a call about noon on Monday asking if it was Ok if they came in the afternoon to do the job. When they came I asked if he would check the roof for a hole from a large Beech branch that fell on Saturday night. He reported that there was a hole about a foot in diameter and he would repair it for $50 if we had some plywood and shingles. We did. He had other items at his house to do the job right. We were delighted because he saved us several hundreds of dollars. They did a great job and cleaned up after they whew done. Bacher's Window Cleaning went ABOVE AND BEYOND in their service.

I've used them six or seven times, and each experience has been a good one. Their a local company, they consistently do good work, and they charge fair prices.

This is a family owned/operated business and one of the owners actually performed the service. My windows have never been cleaner. I was highly satisfied. I gave them a B in responsiveness only because I had to call to remind them that I was on their schedule...they kinda forgot about me. But other than that, they were spot-on. I have had my windows cleaned by others for similar cost and Bacher's was by far the best. So...That is why they are so busy. Just plan ahead because it may take some extra time to get them scheduled.

Kevin was very pleasant and he did an excellent job. It didn't take long at all. I will definitely use Bacher's again! The cost was very reasonable, too.
