They are excellent. They just do what they say they are going to do and they are very easy to work with. They do great job.

Overall it was a very satisfactory service. They did a great job of cleaning my windows that hadn't been cleaned for over a year, and did it quickly and efficiently.

I'll make this short and to the point. The entire experience was perfect from beginning to end. I will definately use this company again and would reccommend them to my friends without hessitation.

The experience was pleasant from the initial call to the completion of the work. Called Helga to schedule an appointment for the estimate and she was able to schedule it rather quickly. Her husband came out to look at the windows and height of ceiling fan to give an estimate. He was really professional and friendly. Decided to go with the company about 15 minutes after getting the estimate and called the office to schedule the work. Helga explained that it would be about 2-3 weeks (which was ok with our schedule). Once on the books two men came out on the wrong day (communication error) and we didn't have time to be there. Helga quickly added us to schedule for a few days later. They came out, did a fantastic job! He was really friendly, professional, and respectful of our home and animals. We will definitely be using Bachers Window Cleaning again!!! I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks :)

I called from out-of-state to set up an appointment in my mother's house while I was in town for a week. They provided an estimate within a few days of my call, after going out to see the house & the scope of the job. They arranged the schedule around me in order to fit into the time I was in town & I really appreciated that. They called on the morning of the scheduled day & asked if they could come early, which worked out perfectly for me. Tom arrived in the midst of a whole bunch of other stuff going on in the house at the same time. He worked around everyone else & was very considerate of my elderly mother's privacy. He did a terrific job with the windows, inside & out! While he was cleaning the inside, he was super careful whenever he had to move items from the sill or in front of the window. I highly recommend his work & will certainly have him return again.

The entire process was great! Helga was extremely responsive as we set up the visit for the estimate as well as the actual appointment. She asked about any specific timing needs (we didn't have any) and it was about two weeks from the initial call to the cleaning. On the day of the cleaning Keith came out within the time window Helga quoted and did a great job! He removed all screens and cleaned the windows, both inside and out. He was pleasant and worked efficiently - it was about 2 - 2.5 hours to complete the work. I am very happy with the results and will both recommend them to others and use them again in the future!

They were very fast to respond and easy to work with. The price was very reasonable.

We called Bacher's on Thursday. Keith was able to stop by our house on Friday to count our windows and assess the work our gutters needed. Since we weren't home, they called with the estimate, and we were able to get our house on their schedule that following Tuesday. Keith arrived right on time and got right to work. He was friendly, courteous, and worked fast. My goodness, the windows practically sparkle they're so clean, but the biggest difference was with our rain gutters. They had spots of green moss on them, and we thought they would need painting. When Keith was done, they looked like they HAD been painted! It was amazing! He was such a gentleman, he even told us his secret weapon for getting the gutters so clean - but I'm not going to tell you here. If you want to find out, you'll need to hire Bacher's yourself. We certainly will again.

They were responsive to my initial email and worked with me to find a cleaning date that would work well with my schedule. They were prompt that day and courteous and completed the job in about 2 hours (I have many windows). If they had to move items to get to the windows, they put everything back in place and verified placement with me.

Excellent! From the initial call to Bachler's, it was obvious this was going to be a pleasant contractor experience. We were trying to time the cleaning of our windows with the listing of our house. Helga was so accommodating to work with us on our tight schedule as well as around the heavy rains we were having at the time. Jeff did a wonderful job on the windows and called prior to visiting our house. Due to the rains, he had to return on a different day and came when he said he would to complete the job. I highly recommend this company - they are living examples of exceptional customer service!

I called during their really busy time, and thought I would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks, but they got there sooner and I really appreciate that they came and did the work, no mess left for me to clean up and no damage to my plants.

This was a great experience. Kevin arrived on time and immediately set to work. I had to leave just as he began the outside work, and I was thrilled when I arrived home and saw the results of his labors. The whole experience was great. I obtained a quote and arranged everything by e-mail. I received not only a response, but a quote based on an in-person visit, the same day I made my initial inquiry. The company accommodated my schedule by doing the work on a Saturday morning. This was the first time I've had my windows professionally cleaned, and the results are terrific. I will definitely go back to Bacher next time.
