The two guys did a great job. They were prompt and happy to perform the services. I added on the screens and some of our window sills were quite filthy from our child pouring sand through the screens :) They were very reasonably priced. Would gladly use them again in the future.

Extremely good job. Kevin was great, very friendly and informative. He spend about 4 hours inside and out and was very thorough. He did a great job even with a houseful of kids and a dog. We have never seen so much light in our house!

HAD SCHEDULED THE SERVICE TO BE DONE IN MAY BUT WITH WEATHER,HAD TO RE-SCHEDUE WHICH WAS NOT A PROBLEM. THEY ARRIVED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME HELGA SET UP AND WENT TO WORK IMMEDIATLEY.BOTH ADAM AND JEREMY DID A GREAT JOB, WERE POLITE,PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. MY WINDOWS LOOK GREAT. WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

I have used Bacher's Window Cleaning many times. They do a fantastic job. The guys are so professional, punctual, and efficient. The price is very reasonable. It is easy to make and confirm appointments with Helga in the main office. I wouldn't use anyone else for this job. I will use them again next year or the next time my windows need to be cleaned.

The gentleman was very polite and very thorough. We have a 2 story great room with a wall of windows. He managed to get all of that done, inside and out, in addition to all of the other windows in the house. He was on time and the job only took a few hours. We were very pleased and will use them again.

They were a few minutes late but I received a call letting me know they were running late. They washed all the windows as we had discussed in an earlier estimate. They were booties to cover their shoes so my floors did not get dirty

Outstanding! We asked Bacher to clean the windows at my mom's house to get it ready for sale - the difference was dramatic! Her house sold quickly and I believe this was a large part of the reason. We then had them do our house and are still impressed! Everyone was absolutely professional, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. It went very well. They came out right away to give an estimate. They warned me that they were booked up for a while, but a week or two later they called and scheduled the work date. It looks very good, no streaking or shrubbery squashed. I would definitely use them again.

I called them about a month ago to schedule my window cleaning. They called back promptly and gave me an estimate as to when they could come out (I used them previously so they didn't need to come out to provide an estimate). Since it is a busy time of the year (spring) for them, if you need your windows cleaned by a specific date, you need to make sure to call well in advance to book. I didn't need my windows cleaned by a specific time, so this was perfectly fine. They were scheduled last week, but they called that morning to reschedule because we were expecting storms that afternoon. They rescheduled to 3 days later and came out on time, on schedule. They were professional, timely and did a great job. They cleaned my windows in significantly less time than it would take me and my windows look great! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I found Bacher's on Angie's List. Called and made an appointment for an estimate. The estimate was reasonable so I set up the job. I had to wait about 3-4 weeks for them to get to me after my name went on the list, as they were busy and weather caused some delay. They called when my job came up on the schedule and they arrived right on time on the appointed day. They were very pleasant and neat and did a fine job. They honored their Angie's List coupon with no questions. I will use them again in the future.

Date of service took almost 2 months but I was promptly contacted and they correctly estimated the timeframe for service. They remained in contact and were professional through the scheduling process. At the time of service, the employee was very professional, arrived as scheduled and thorough in his work.

Great company. We've just begun using them for our offices and our home. They're competively priced, do what they say they're going to do on the day and at the hour they say they're going to do it AND they do an excellent job. What more can you ask for?

I have used Bachers ever since I moved to this house, on a neighbors recommendation. They are always friendly, thorough and very professional. They were not able to come on the date agreed because of a snowstorm, but phoned me early that day to re-schedule - I did not have to chase them at all. I never have in fact. They showed up as promised and since the weather was still not good returned later to complete the outside. No prompting, no fuss. They get the job done. and the windows always look great. Highly recommended. Gutter cleaning is the same. Always good, always willing to come out and take a look if they clog again. Can't say enough good things about these guys.
