I am sorry that you were upset with us over the issue of us not coming to give you a price. I tried to explain to you that because of the distance, we would have to charge extra for the 40 plus min drive it would take us to do the estimate and then come back again for the job. I had another estimate in this area through Angie's List, and I explained the situation to this person, and they fully understood us turning the job down. And, the only number I had in your email, was your cell number. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and this is still the United States of America, and I think we have the right to decide how far we will travel to do a job. The reason it took me several days to get back to you, is because I am a care giver to my ederly parents, and my father has Alzheimers, and we had some issues during the week you contacted us, and I was out of the office more than usual. I don't like us them as an excuse, but my life is overwhelming sometimes, but I don't expect you to know that. So again we are sorry, but hope you understand. Giving us an F for work done, if we would have done it, I understand but not because we didn't give you an estimate. Our waiting schedule is 4 to 5 weeks, and we do very good quality work and am proud of the fact that we have not had to let anyone go through this bad economy, so somewhere along the line we have to be able to set limits.
