This was my first experience with having a roof re-shingled. I didn't know I had damage until Rick stopped by and inspected it. I was skeptical until the insurance adjuster inspected & verified the damage. At Your Service was professional from beginning to end. I had 2 other vendors come out to provide a quote. At Your Service Roofing was the only contractor to actually climb on the roof. Further, it was the first time I had ever seen "roof boots". I make it a point to thoroughly educate myself about projects and procedures related to any project I cannot complete myself. Roof boots show a certain professionalism above and beyond what I expected and beyond the industry norm. The 2 men inspected and photographed my roof, noting areas with minor issues. Once back on the ground they explained the good and the bad and in the end actually suggested I wait on roof replacement. I had not personally seen a need to replace my roof based on my understanding and research. I had a few shingles sliding down and a few have blown off over the years, but nothing that I could see indicated that a total replacement was needed. Yet 2 other businesses suggested replacing the roof within the next year. Of course they want to sell me a roof. I tried all sorts of things to get a fair assessment on the roof, including calling home inspectors. The inspectors were either unwilling or too expensive to provide just a roof inspection. So how does someone find a trustworthy roofer? I suppose reviews like this will help lead people to professional contractors who work honestly. I would recommend At Your Service Roofing. I am not an easy person to satisfy and that is why I generally do my own repairs, whether it's on the home or vehicle. But I would recommend At Your Service Roofing without hesitation. Although I will not likely be a customer soon based on their assessment, At Your Service Roofing will be my first call for future repairs and replacement!

Great. They arrived and completed the work when they committed to. They were very helpful in color and material selection. The crew worked very hard and was friendly. The clean up went well. You could not tell they had been here when they were done. The roof looks great. We have had several neighbors complement the look as well as the crew that installed our roof

VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY WELL! THIS COMPANY IS WITHOUT A DOUBT ONE OF THE MOST PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!! THEY CAME OUT TO MEET WITH THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER, HAD THE MATERIALS AND DUMPSTER DELIVERED AHEAD OF TIME AND THE ROOF WAS INSTALLED WHEN SCHEDULED!! MY YARD WAS CLEANED UP SUCH THAT IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO TELL THAT THEY WERE EVEN THERE!! THEY EVEN FOLLOWED UP TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK DONE. MY INSURANCE COMPANY SENT OUT A QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR AND HE GAVE THE ROOF JOB AN A+ I WILL FOR SURE RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY VERY HIGHLY IF ASKED BY MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS!!

No issues - company handled all aspects of dealing with the insurance company for a wind damaged roof. While delayed somewhat do to a wet spring, the company was good at keeping me apprised of the timing of the replacement. Work was done in one day and the team was very professional with their work and clean up afterward. Would have no issue using the company again.

All aspects of the work were done in a quality fashion. From start to finish our claim was handled to our complete satisfaction. Communications were prompt and professional. Chris handled all details with our insurance provider and he met with them when necessary. The work was done promptly and the crew worked to have the job completed in just 2 days. When the job was finished they cleaned up so well that you could not even tell the project had been completed the day before. The office staff followed up to make sure we were happy with the completed job. I would highly recommend this company.

The Salesperson that I originally worked with was very nice, courteous and helpful in designing my new roof. The work was done quickly and looked great. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. The interior ceiling work was also done well. The workers were prompt and finished in the time expected. Chris Zimmerman inspected my roof, found some wind damage, and showed me photos of the wind damage. Chris then showed me samples of the replacement shingles, provided me a price quote, explained the roof replacement process, worked with my insurance company, followed up to make sure I was happy. Paul Jackson and his crew started the job in a timely manner and completed the work in the time frame promised even with a day lost to rain. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and how At Your Service Roofing worked with my insurance company so that all the items needing replacement were replaced for the price of my home owners deductible. Two months later I discovered an issue with the gutter guards and left Chris Zimmerman a voice mail. Literally within 20 minutes Chris responded and rectified the situation without further cost to me. Chris, Paul, and Terra were very professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I have already recommended them to one of my neighbors and would hesitate in recommending them to others.

Chris and company have been extremely helpful in not only getting our roof repaired, but in helping us work with our insurance company.

First of all, I want to point out that the job done on my house was an insurance claim for wind damage to my shingle roof. Although the job cost was $13,280 my insurance covered the total cost except for my deductible of $1,000. Yes, I was suprised that my insurance company covered the replacement of the roof, and I am thankful that At Your Service represented my interests with the insurance company and was on site to meet with the adjuster when he inspected the roof. However, I don't want to cover that aspect in this review. I want to cover the job performed on my roof. I was relieved and amazed at the quality of the work on my roof. Yes, it has only been a couple of months since the job was completed and time will be the ultimate review of the workmanship, but I was impressed. I have NEVER seen a harder working crew in my life in any profession. Roofing is a hard, hot, dangerous and demanding profession. The crew on my roof worked all day except for breaks and lunch and completed the tear off and replacement in two days. The job boss, Paul Jackson, was very professional and responsive to any question or concern I had. At the end of the job I climbed all over the roof checking the work and found a shingle that looked damaged to me. I called Paul and the next day he was out and the shingle was replaced. Later in the week my wife was concerned about a cosmetic issue and I called Paul and again he came out to address the issue. I am very pleased with At Your Service responsiveness.

They did an excellent job. Paul Jackson and his team installed a new roof on my house. His supervisor Chris was a pleasure to work with, answered every question I had, always called my sir. It took 3 days due to rain, but each night, Chris and his team made sure the area was clean, made sure all the old roofing material was placed in the dumpster. At Your Service did an outstanding job. They removed the old roof, installed new tar paper, new flashing, new roof vents and of course new shingles at an reasonable cost. They also had a large selection of roofing colors to chose from.
