15 months ago, a tree fell on my house and put a big hole in the roof. I didn't know where to turn so I started researching roofers. I couldn't get through to a couple of roofers but At Your Service Roofing answered me right away. They came and gave me an estimate and we started the process with my house Insurance. My insurance has given me the run around the entire time and only wanted to do a patch job on my roof but thanks to At Your Service Roofing I now have a brand-new roof. I would like to thank Emmett Rece, Chuck Kenser, Brent Lowe and the Amazing crew for everything they have done. They were very professional, courteous, prompt and the cleanup was beyond what I expected (they even came back a second time to check again for nails). During this long 15 months they continued to keep in touch with me and my insurance. I would like to send a special thanks to Jeff Ehrhard who from the very first day told me that I didn't need to worry that he would fight for me, and he did on so many occasions with my insurance. He is AMAZING!

I had a wonderful experience with At Your Service Roofing! It began when a severe windstorm blew several shingles off my roof while I was out of town. AYS quickly went to my house and placed tarps over the affected areas to prevent water from leaking into my home. The roof replacement process started with Stephanie, an extremely knowledgeable sales professional, who guided us through every step in the process. The hardest part of the process was seeking to get insurance coverage from a very difficult insurance company. Rachel, Toby and others guided me through the process, by providing documentation and coming to my house at a moment’s notice to meet with the insurance adjustor. They also handled communication with the insurance company on my behalf. When it came time to actually do the roof replacement, Shawn and his team did an excellent job – on time, with the utmost quality, and with all remnants of the old roof removed from my property at the completion of the job. The communication process from AYS was outstanding through every step of the process! I would highly recommend them without any concerns or reservations. Simply the best!

The crew was exceptional, the work is perfect. Starting with the roof inspection, Joby was great; knowledgeable and informative. The whole office group worked hard to get our insurance to cover the damages, especially Rachel and Michelle! The crew was efficient and thorough, making sure there was no damage around the house. You would not have known they were there, our property was so clean! Bob was a great crew leader and also knows his business and ran a tight ship!

This is a first class company and we highly recommend them. We commend everyone on the team who worked diligently and professionally to assist us, as we navigated through a particularly onerous insurance claim. The roofing team were efficient and experienced and the whole installation was completed in one day.

At Your Service was great to work with throughout the claim process and the installation went incredibly smooth! While my initial insurance claim was denied, they continued helping me through the process until the claim was approved.

Chris and Joby are excellent. They dealt with my insurance agent the whole time and were able to get the whole roof replaced from a storm. Highly proficient, knowledgable, and honest. Would use them again.

Our 21-year-old roof needed repairs due to wind and hail damage. We were approached by Stephanie Dapper for a free inspection. Stephanie was great at explaining the process of exactly what we would need to do and the process of involving our insurance company. The insurance company agreed with At Your Service Roofing's assessment, and we agreed to use At Your Service as our contractor. We apparently have a very large roof (upwards of 80 bundles) and they completed the process in two days. I was very impressed with the installation and quality of the Owens-Corning shingles(we upgraded here), underlayment requirements, valley flashing, ice guard, gutter leave guards, skylight replacement, ridge vents and other assorted roofing tasks. The workers(many of them) were meticulous and the end result looks perfect and the surrounding landscaping was preserved and protected and cleanup was pretty thorough. Foreman Donnie Sicurella was fantastic to work with throughout the process and really paid attention to the details of the project, working some of the finer points and checking back afterwards to see if there was anything they needed to follow-up on. At Your Service front office (Brent, Rachel, Tera - Thanks!) was also great in dealing with the insurance company and very flexible with scheduling the project. Over the last 21 years I have become pretty familiar with our roof being up on it for a number of reasons and now that I can stand back and look at their handiwork and as my wife said ...I am really actually pretty proud of the team we had work on it and the end result. Thanks to the excellent work this is very likely the last roof that I'll probably see on our house in my lifetime which is really a huge relief! God willing, I've got plenty of years left to test that!

Jerry and the entire At Your Service team did an all around wonderful job, from dealing with the insurance to installing the roof and gutters. Everyone that was associated with the job was professional, respectful and very polite. The crews cleaned up both jobs completely. We would highly recommend them to everyone that needs a roof and/or gutters.

We could not have had a better experience with At Your Service. After talking to Jerry, we decided to have an inspection done on our roof which determined that we had damage from a storm from earlier in the year. Jerry walked us through the insurance process and within a week or two, we were approved for a new roof through our insurance! Within several days of approval, a crew showed up and did a phenomenal job replacing our roof. They arrived early and stayed until dusk to finish the replacement in 2 days. The professionalism of the crew and their diligent clean-up was also impressive. We can't say enough great things about Jerry and the entire At Your Service team; our experience was top-notch and we have been referring them to family and friends. If you need roof repair or replacement, this is your company!

At Your Service did an outstanding job. Initial contact and bid was handled well. Once the contract was signed, they placed my job in their work queue (I was also doing a chimney replacement) and once my chimney was completed, they did my roof the next week. The roofing materials and dumpster arrived the day prior to the job. The crew began the next day and did the entire roof in a single day. Cleanup was immaculate and the roof was done superbly. Can not praise this company enough and am extremely happy with the job done. Excellent communications and professionalism from the front office to the workers on site.

I would certainly use At Your Service again or recommend to a friend or family member in need of a roof repair or replacement. My roof was on it's last leg, and they did a fantastic job replacing it. They arrived on time and they finished my entire roof in 2 days. Originally they expected it would only take one day, but, as I said, my roof was in pretty bad shape so I had no issues with the extra day because it meant they were doing a thorough job and not rushing to get to their next project. They provided a free estimate, and they were extremely knowledgeable and transparent about the cost, which is especially important when you're on a tight budget. There weren't any surprises when I received my invoice. Their prices are comparable to other estimates that I received, but I honestly believe that I got a better value with At Your Service, and I would highly recommend.

From the first visit when an estimate was given for replacing our roof to the completion of our roof replacement, At Your Service was excellent and top-notch every step of the way. They worked excellently with our insurance company. Our insurance company was not accommodating at all and made the process a long drawn out one. But At Your Service was more than patient and even willing to call the insurance company on our behalf multiple times to ensure that all information was provided that was needed for the claim. All members of the At Your Service team were professional and knowledgeable and more than willing to answer all questions and concerns within an immediate timeframe. After the roof installation, I received follow-up phone calls and they even did a final follow-up call with my insurance company to help ensure our final claim payment. We have a beautiful new roof that was installed in one day with the highest workmanship. The roof workers were very professional and helpful and very neat. They were even careful with our landscaping. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs. You will be completely pleased utilizing At Your Service.

Everything went very well. It has been a busy time for At-Your-Service so they were a few weeks out from being able to start. They were upfront about the estimated time they would be able to start. The finished product is amazing!

Couldn't ask for a better company to replace our roof! The customer service was top notch through the entire process. The team communicated the process perfectly, starting with the insurance company through completion of the roof install. They even followed up after the install to ensure I was satisfied with the new roof. This company even waited until the environmental conditions were optimal for the install to ensure the integrity of the roof wouldn't be compromised. I really appreciated their attention to detail, the hard working and courteous crew they had doing the install, and the timely contact to ensure my questions were answered throughout the process. The install team was on time and worked very efficiently. They removed and installed my new roof in a little over a day and everything went smooth. I highly recommend this company.

We had several estimates and chose At your service based on the estimate and warranty. I had several questions and they were answered promptly and thoroughly. It took about 4 weeks for them to start because of the weather and number of jobs ahead of us. They called the week before, set a date to start between rain and were quick, efficient, professional, and neat. They made sure to clean up when finished. Started around 7:30a and were finished by 2:00p. Very pleased and would Highly recommend them.

At Your Service was fantastic! We had been working with another roofing company before hiring them and were very unhappy. We then called At Your Service, as they were recommended by a friend, and were amazed by how professional they were. They were easy to work with, did what they said, and if we ever had a concern they over and above to take care of it. At Your Service just replaced our roof. First and foremost, you want the work done correctly. I was home when the work was done. They did a great job. They use quality materials and pay attention to the details. The most thorough clean up I have ever seen with a roofing company. Secondly, the entire organization is very customer oriented. Everybody we worked with from the salesperson Stephanie to the crew that installed the roof to Terra who handles payments and submission of insurance documents are top notch. Lastly, our roof was replaced due to wind/storm damage. At Your Service did the heavy lifting helping us work through the claim. This is a exceptional company.
