They were awesome from beginning to end. At first I was skeptical when they came to my door and advised they were doing work in my area (yeah, right!) and were with a company I never heard of. However, the two men were polite and knowledgeable. We did send them away but ended up calling them back to do an inspection of damage which we knew we had. They returned in a few days as promised and I had a chance to speak with them at length. They did a thorough job locating damage and documenting it with pictures. They were impressive, not at all what I was expecting. I also did some checking on my own about the company and found nothing but good things said about them. They were known to my insurance company, having done many repairs for them. The work was done efficiently, correctly, and in a day and a half on a big, 2 story, 4 bedroom house ( I observed the entire process). Why this company is not on any ones radar is beyond me. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

At Your Service Roofing was very professional, customer-focused, and thorough in all of our interactions. When there was a minor scheduling snafu around meeting with our insurance company, they were proactive in rearranging their schedules and getting to the meeting on time. I was most impressed that in spite of rainy weather, their anticipated schedule for completion of the work was perfect. Their crew worked hard for a full day from dawn to dusk to get it done!

At Your Service did an excellent job on our new roof! They were great to work with from beginning to end. They help us through the insurance approval process with great communication and responsiveness. Their crew was friendly, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up when done. The delivery truck accidently made some divots in our grass and they made sure our yard was fixed, which was much appreciated. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the entire experience. We would highly recommend them.

Everything went smoothly. They promptly scheduled my roof replacement and did it while I was out of town. I came home to a gorgeous looking home. This was also an insurance claim and they helped handle the process. They made everything simple and the result was wonderful.

It was great! Extremely professional on all ends. From sales, to contractor management, to the crews. All trash was cleaned up several times. Nothing was left except our beautiful new roof and gutters. They also have a great eye and can help with colors that work well with your house and are trending as far as resale. Would highly recommend and use again!

At Your Service Roofing replaced our old roof. Everything from start to finish went amazing! We originally worked with Chris on the estimate and he was always super helpful, professional, and prompt when returning calls/emails. The day of the job, Paul and Miguel's team came and took off our old roof and put on a new one. They had about 8 workers work almost nonstop for over 12 hours and they got the roof completed in 1 day. We were extremely happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend them to friends, family, or anyone who who has any roofing needs.

I was very please with this company. We found 2 leaks in our roof that were slowly leaking water into our house. I called Saturday night desperately looking for someone to come on Sunday before a snow/rain/ice storm was supposed to hit on Monday. They promptly called me back and scheduled 2 men to come out on Sunday afternoon. Both men were very professional and friendly. They tarred up some spots on the roof for a temporary fix for the upcoming storm and then they are going to get back to us with an estimate on permanent repairs. So far I have been very pleased with this company and I would recommend to others. I will write a follow-up review after we receive the estimate and when a permanent fix is completed.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The communication, the professionalism, and the quality of the work were all outstanding and I'm so glad that I hired them for my new roof. They removed two layers of old shingles and installed the new shingles all in one day. The crew was friendly and did a wonderful job.

Paul sealed gaps in the shingles on the roof ridge and an unrelated gap in the flashing for the furnace vent. He said the roof ridge repair was a "band-aid" that should be effective for about 2 years and recommended a replacement of the of the roof ridge in the future. I asked for the bill and Paul said "no charge". I am a first time customer of At Your Service but I will be calling them for future projects. Could not be happier!!

These people are awesome. They made everything so easy. From dealing with our insurance company, to scheduling, and payment it has been a breeze. As for the quality, I'm no pro but it looks great. After they were done with the job there wasn't a trace on the ground that they had been here. Their sales rep was always fast to answer questions and she facilitated the whole deal while treating us like friends.

Fantastic job all around from initial consultation, guiding through all the insurance paperwork and actual roof replacement. Extremely professional all around!

The experience was flawless. Sales person was very helpful walking me through the process since I had an insurance claim due to wind damage. The company is extremely well run and my roof looks great. I would easily recommend them to a friend.

Chris Zimmerman provided excellent service from the start, giving me several repair options after wind damage from a tornado. Both Chris and Rick Kohler then coached me through multiple negotiations with a reluctant insurance company. The roof replacement itself went as smoothly as could be - a pleasant team of polite men who worked very well together, with careful attention to quality, including not just the roof itself but clean-up and follow-through. Chris recommended a shingle and I LOVE it. And his support team handled the final insurance details with great efficiency. Now I'm using the company for exterior house and deck cleaning and painting/refinishing. Highly recommend their services!

Went very well. Finished & cleaned up in one day. They kept in touch with me even though they were booked several weeks out. Very punctual; in fact, the workers arrived earlier than scheduled. The next day, they had someone come to check that everything was clean & make sure the dumpster was removed.

Fantastic! Rick was always on time, helped us pick the best looking shingle to match our house, walked us through the insurance process and answered all our questions. Roofers were super efficient, not leaving a huge mess behind, cleaned our gutters, installed gutter guards and were very professional. Follow up on a couple of items were resolved quickly and without any hassle. Truly a well run company and would definitely recommend and have already recommended.

the project was extremely successful. although at your service offered to provide the interior repairs, chris was very honest with me regarding contractor fees and profit. since i had worked with a different interior contractor in the past, i opted to go with them. at your service replaced my roof and when i went back to inspect the project upon completion, other than the new roof...there was no sign they had even been there. no damage to my driveway from the dumpster, not a single roof nail or shred of old shingle lying in the yard. everything was tidy and complete, within the timeframe they quoted. after i sent the final payment, i received a thank you note from them in the mail! honestly, a really great experience from beginning to end.

The sales counselor, Chris Zimmerman, was patient and very low-pressure as he clearly only cared about helping us make great decisions as we changed our minds several times on colors. The installation team did a great job and we appreciated the quick and professional installation that was supervised by Paul Jackson who made sure everything was perfect. Throughout the process we were kept informed by Terra Prather who we found to be professional and friendly.
