Description of Work: They cleaned two love seats for me. They arrived on time and called ahead of time to let me know when the approx. arrival time would be. They cleaned my furniture with an actual wet product and got them cleaner than they were after a previous provider cleaned them with a dry agent. They were cordial and I will be using them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned my love seat and couch and also they offered to clean my carpet for another $69.00. They did a good job I used to have and old dog that used pee everywhere and after the cleaned the carpet the smell was gone.

Description of Work: They called to say they were running late, about an hour. When they arrived they worked pretty quickly. They did a fairly good job cleaning my furniture, an a O.K. job cleaning my area rug. Even though it was in June, it took overnight for my furniture to dry. It was a reasonable price, and the young men were very polite.

Description of Work: Two employees (a husband and wife team) arrived on time, cheerful and willing to work. They sprayed a cleaning solution on the rugs, let it soak, then suctioned it off. I had thought it was going to be a steam-cleaning, which I prefer; however, the rugs did appear fresher and cleaner and I was satisfied. However, I may hire a steam-cleaner next time since they said "vacuum the rugs really well after they dry" to get up the dried cleaning solution, and we have a lot of allergies. So I was uncertain about cleaning agents remaining on the rugs. But that's just us. We haven't noticed any negative effects, anyway. | |They were a very friendly pair and worked VERY quickly. We had 6-8 wool area rugs of different sizes (no wall-to-wall) & at first the woman said "we can't do wool" but she called the boss who told them to use half as much cleaning solution. I was surprised when she said "we don't do wool" since wool cleans up well; however, everything came out fine, except for certain stains that were probably set in from age. | |The price seemed reasonable for the amount of effort required of 2 people. They were friendly but went to work & didn't waste time chatting, which I appreciate!

+ -1 moreOur aging miniature schnauser got into the LR and DR and did his thing, My wife her best but this happened on a week that she was scheduled to attend a family event out of town, and I was tasked with getting the carpeting cleaned. I talked to Lee on Thursday afternoon, explained our need that I would like to get the carpet cleaned on Saturday and about the dog accident. He scheduled for I think 1pm on Saturday, set the rate at 75.00 (Angie's Member price). Lee called I think around 11 or 11:30 to confirm our appointment that day, he mentioned that their last job hadn't taken as long as expected and offered to come earlier if I wanted. I told him to come on over (as I was solo that weekend and had no plans) and they came probably 20 minutes later. Lee asked for a tour of what carpeting to be cleaned and especially the soiled areas left by the dog. I am slightly disabled and Lee and his associate moved what need moving, went to work, and when they were finished our light beige carpeting was clean again. Everyone was very professional andI would have no problem recommending them to someone else. A job well done.

+ -1 moreI contacted the provider a month in advance to hire them for an apartment carpet cleaning. On the day of the appointment, they asked if they could arrive 30 minutes early, which was fantastic. Upon arrival, they noted that they did not have proper equipment to clean an upper level apartment and they would call me within an hour to reschedule. I noted I needed to have this complete by the next day. Three hours later, I hadn't heard from them so I called. They said they had a heavy next day with appointments and that they would call me at 9AM to let me know when they would be over. The next morning, they did not call. I called 4 times on this day and there was no answer. I reached out to the apartment for an extension on the lease to get the carpets done, as was required per the lease. The next day, I called 9 times. They answered once and said they'd call within the hour with a time that worked for them. They did not call back. The next day, I called another 4-5 times. There was no answer. I was forced to turn in the keys without carpet cleaning, resulting in a lost security deposit.
Description of Work: Provider was hired to clean carpets before an apartment move out.

+ -1 moreI am totally impressed with this company and the people who run it. I found them on Living Social and saw good reviews on Angie's list. Their price included spot cleaning and they took a lot of time on the heavy traffic areas and where we had spills on the carpet. They went through the entire house identiffying the areas with my help that would need extra work. They were polite and professional the entire time and did not seem to be in a hurry to get to the next appointment. The final result was that some of the stains that were not removed from the last cleaning are either gone or so much faded they are hard to identify. I will be using this company next time our carpets need cleaning.

They were late, but called in plenty of time a to tell me that the person before me had thrown in another floor at the last minute which was going to hold them up. I thought they were extremely professional, did a great job, and I would have them back the next time I need my carpets done without hesitation. It is a new company and I highly recommend them. The owner of the company did the cleaning personally and takes great pride in doing a good job.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in my entire house which was about 3000 square feet.

Before starting on the cleaning, they had me take them on a tour of each room so they could examine the carpet and inspect any trouble spots. They were thorough and did an excellent job. They also made sure to give us instructions regarding drying time and carpet care. We will definitely use Advanced Carpet Technologies again in the future!
Description of Work: We've lived in our house for 10 years (we built the home) and have never had our carpets professionally cleaned. In an effort to put off getting brand new carpet for a little while longer, we decided to give professional carpet cleaning a shot.

+ 0 moreI was introduced to Advanced Carpet Technologies through a LivingSocial deal. I was not sure what to expect but could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The customer service was excellent. Lee called in advance to tell me that he was in route and arrived at the time of the appointment (that in itself was a nice change, after multiple experiences waiting hours for other service people who say they will show up during some broad "window" of time). He was extremely courteous and committed to doing a good job. The contrast between Advanced Carpet Technologies and many of the carpet cleaning companies I used in the past was notable. I was very pleased that there was absolutely no pressure or even suggestion to buy additional products or services (I did have my loveseat and an area carpet cleaned but that was something I initiated myself). So many other carpet companies keep pushing things like scotchguard, some special product for stains, etc. Not ACT, which made the experience hassle free and my carpets looked great. Note: As with any carpet cleaning company, for best results vacuum in advance.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning up to 2000 square feet (which included all of the carpet in my home), plus cleaning of a loveseat and area carpet at my request.
