Came on time ..was very polite and professional ...looked over work to be done ...and cleaned and protected the carpet...was very well satisfied with his work...

They never showed up to any of the scheduled appointments. They could have the decency to call me if they couldn't come and to make other arrangements.

Before purchasing the deal, I called ACT to get details on what to expect and the man was very friendly and professional and answered all my questions without me feeling like he was trying to hide something or tear down competition. He made me feel comfortable about working with his company. That feeling never left throughout my experience. I did have to call and change my appointment twice (once because he wrote down the wrong date and again because life happens) and each time I called, I was greeted warmly and never felt like I was putting them out. On the date of the service the cleaner called early to ask to come early and when I told him it wasn't possible, I wasn't greeted with annoyance but a simple "thank you and I'll see you then." He arrived on time and explained the whole process and got to work very quickly. As this was my first time using an Angie's List deal, I didn't print off the coupon (because the first gentleman I talked to wrote down the deal on his end and told me I didn't have to buy online). The problem was quickly solved and the cleaner honored the price with no complaints. I did have to tell him, though that the coupon included the deodorizer and protectant (which he was going to charge me extra to do), but again, didn't seem to annoy him. Overall, my experience was great. This was the first time my carpets have been professionally cleaned (though we have used our shampooer often) in the past 7 years and, while all the dirt didn't come out (cleaner said the fibers are actually stained from years of shampooing without professional steam cleaning and I definitely believe him because the more recent stuff did come out), I feel much better about getting rid of all the germs and allergens that I couldn't have removed on my own. The one complaint I do have is the amount of water that seemed to be left in the carpets of at least one of the rooms. The carpets took a good 10 hours to dry completely. Again this is my first time using professional cleaners so that may be typical. The carpets look and feel fresher than before and I would gladly work with these guys again.

Purchased deal and three weeks I have never heard from them.

The staff from ACT called ahead of time to update me that he is running late. But he did show up few minutes early. inquired about what areas to clean and described to me the process of how he is planning to clean it effectively. He told me that they use only environmentally safe products to clean . After he finished cleaning , i could see the carpets looked MUCH cleaner than it was. Then as carpets dried, i could see them getting cleaner. Couple of areas on my carpet were soiled a bit more and staff did a wonderful job getting that area clean. Right in front of my eyes, the spots disappeared. He also provided suggestions to take care of little stains if there is any liquid spill.

Got coupon from Angie's List, we made an appointment, he did the job, the carpets look great.

I think that I read that I needed to remove Knickknacks and lamps from end tables. So I moved all the items from chairside chests, end tables and night stands but the tables, etc. were not moved. In the past, I had such items of furniture moved and placed on blocks. Possibly, I assumed too much. In the future, I will question whether there is any moving of furniture--especially the dining room table. I have had a stain for a long time and I ever since they removed the stain, it has not reappeared.

I bought a AAA Member Deals coupon for Advanced Carpet Technologies (ACT) on 10/2. I called the company that day before purchasing to make sure they service my area (which they did). I also checked on Angies List and they got good reviews. We were in the middle of trying to close on our new house (staying with parents in the mean time) which was foreclosed and the carpets needed to be cleaned as there were several stains. Because of the government shutdown we weren't sure when we were going to close. We finally got a close date on 11/20 for 11/27 (last Wed). We were moving on 11/30 so needed carpets cleaned on 11/29. I tried to call ACT on 11/21 to setup the cleaning. I called 513-722-4228 multiple times but no answer. I left a voice mail on that day stating that I need carpets cleaned on 11/29 and left my contact info. I got no response that day or the next so on 11/23 I called again multiple times and left another voice mail and no response that day. I contacted Angies list and they gave me another number to call (513-444-0508). I tried that number and no answer and left another voice mail. I also tried to contact through their website and no response. It wasn't until I e-mailed info@onecleancarpet.com and stated that I have tried to call multiple times, needed carpets cleaned on 11/29, contacted Angielist and would call another company to clean our carpets if I already didn't pay for coupon. Lee Dixon e-mailed me that day saying that he was having phone issues and was out of the office. He told me to call on Monday (11/25) after 9am to set something up for 11/29. Of course I asked what number to call as he is having phone issues. I called on 11/25 after 9:30am and no answer to either number and I e-mailed Lee to call me directly. He called shortly after. I told him that I needed the carpets cleaned 11/29 as we were moving on 11/30. He said ok and he would be at new house on 10am. On 11/29, no one showed up at 10am. I waited until 10:45am and I called 722-4228 and Rick answered. I told him that someone should've been there by 10am. He said he would find out and call me right back. I waited 45 minutes as he never call back. I called again and Teresa answered and said that they aren't able to get a hold of Lee and she would try again and call me right back one way or the other. She didn't call so after 15 min I called again and talked to her again and she said that Lee would call me. He didn't call so after another 30 min. I called again and she said Lee was having issues with phone and said that he had on schedule for the following Friday. I told her that is unacceptable and I told him multiple times and in email that it was for 11/29. She said he would call me which again he never did. I sent him an e-mail (at this time almost 2pm) and he responded that sorry for the confusion and he would have groupon refund me (of course didn't get coupon from groupon) and hopefully I would be able to find another company to clean the carpets. So I wasted my morning and time away from my family (my son's birthday was on 11/29). Thankfully I was able to find a company through Angies List which came out later that day and cleaned my carpets. I will never use or recommend ACT for any service. I had to contact AAA Member deals on 12/2/13 and have them refund the money for ACT.

Lee from Advanced Carpet Technologies called in response to my purchase of an Angie's List coupon and scheduled my service appointment time at my convenience. Lee and Jessica arrived punctually on the date confirmed and did a thorough and professional job on my carpets and upholstery. Jessica even was careful to point out that my front door was open (for the cleaning hose connected to their truck) and she wanted to be sure my cat did not get out! After they completed the job and left, I noticed two small strips of carpet that we not cleaned due the furniture being moved. I called Lee and he apologized and they came back that same day to complete the job. I would definitely recommend Advanced Carpet Technologies to anyone looking for this service!

Everything went perfectly. Scheduling was easy and I got a call on the day of service confirming our appointment. I got a second call one-half hour before the scheduled arrival time to let me know that they were running late, which I really appreciated. The carpets look fabulous and the price was very reasonable. I'm way beyond satisfied. I've found my go to carpet cleaning company!

As it was a special Angie's List offering, I wasn't sure of what to expect. I'll just say that the work performed far exceeded my expectations. They will be coming back. I have more carpet and their quote is very fair.

ACT cleaned my carpets in April and I was very pleased with the service I received. When my pets created the need for another cleaning in August, I once again turned to them. They were again professional, courteous, and thorough. I have guests coming tomorrow and I couldn't be more pleased with how my carpets look. They were just here yesterday and I've already recommended them to my neighbor!

They were professional from the very beginning. I brought a groupon that had expired and they were more than accomodating. They were friendly and did an excellent job! Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to friends and family!

Before they came, the answered all my questions about the products they would use and confirmed that the products were environmentally sound - which was my main concern. And we discussed the areas that they would clean including 2 area rugs. Day of show the 2-man team arrived on time and started the process. They were friendly, thorough and efficient. I don't have a lot of carpeted areas in the house so it was kind of all over - living room, stairs and landing; basement indoor-outdoor carpet, stairway leading down to it, and 2 area rugs that I brought up and then took outside to dry. I was happy with how it worked out, time involved, and professionalism. Happy with the results as well. I will use them again. Thanks.

Based on Angies list, I gave them a call. No one answered so I left a detailed message about my house and what I wanted cleaned. I received a prompt response that went to my voice mail. The rates seemed reasonable. I had just closed on my new house and wanted the carpet cleaned before moving all my stuff in. I spoke with Lee on Thursday and hoped to have the cleaning done before the move in on Monday. I was tied up Friday and Lee was booked on Saturday. Once I explained the situation, he was willing to perform the cleaning on Sunday morning. It would have taken me weeks to get things organized from the move to make carpet cleaning possible. Lee and his wife Jesse showed up promptly at 10am on Sunday and did a great job cleaning. They are a small company and are willing to work with you to meet your needs.

I bought a Groupon for this service so I wasn't sure how it would go. I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of the work and the professionalism of the owners/workers that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They cleaned the carpets, did the stairs and also cleaned two area rugs without any additional cost or pressure to purchase extras.

This was a AAA member special of $89 for up to 2000 sq. ft. of carpeting. I also paid an extra $59 for scotch guarding of all the carpeting. They were scheduled to arrive at 9:00 AM but called about 8:30 AM to say that they had a flooded basement emergency to attend to for another customer. They expected to arrive by 9:30. Well, they didn't show till 10:30. I was ok with that because I understand that these situations often take longer than expected. Anyway, I showed them around the house, emphasized the carpeting I really wanted done. I was a bit surprised that all my carpets including the sun room fit within their 2000 square feet deal. They started immediately and did an excellent job! When I asked about the oriental rug, he said he would do it for free even though he normally charges $2.00 a square foot for it as a way of saying sorry they were late for the appointment. My wife was very pleased with the look of the carpets, especially the family room and stair carpeting. Lee and Rebecca were very nice people and did an outstanding job. I am happy to recommend them and will use them again, deal or not.
