The siding has added decades to the life of our home. Hardie Board requires special skills and the workmanship is excellent. The owner is easy to work with, he's honest and always available by text or phone. The job took longer than anticipated because of weather. Problems did come up when the workers would forget that we needed access through a door or garage.

Got an estimate and then...They worked with my scheduling problems. Came and did the work on the agreed date while I slept(work nights.) They got done and I am happy. A's for everything but the price(got no comparison bid)...but STILL HAPPY.

Contractor showed up on time, and went through a detailed walkthrough of the exterior and what would be required. Detailed quote provided, but was most expensive of the 5 which we received and 50% above our average quote. This type of pricing makes it unlikely that i would look to hire for this type of work. But since the forte is construction, I would consider them for that type of work in the future

EMA did a wonderful job. Eddie and his crew leader Lee were very professional and do amazing work. They did a great job of taking care of our extensive landscaping and cleaned up like they were never there. EMA made this project seem very simple. Most definitely hire again.

I hired EMA after researching several different companies and gathering multiple estimates. The work involved replacing deteriorated trim (soffit, facia, rake etc.) and new gutters/downspouts on the entire house. I was really looking for a small local company that relies on reputation. EMA was not the lowest bid but was the company I came away feeling the most comfortable working with. I was extremely pleased with the results. The work was performed to my satisfaction in a timely manner in spite of some extreme cold temperatures and weather conditions. There were minor corrections needed at the end which were addressed promptly. I enjoyed working with Jamie and Cannan throughout the project and greatly appreciated their attention to detail and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Had some communication issues at the beginning. Reattached my gutter and inspected roof and were very honest and I didn't need any other repairs. Thanks EMA !

It went very well. Eddie, Lee and team are a great group to work with. We were apprehensive about installing vinyl siding because we did not think it would have the same esthetic look as cedar but we were wrong. EMA did a great job installing the siding. It looks fantastic when driving up to the house. EMA worked with us to fix a leak in the roofline that probably should have been addressed by the former contractor. Will use EMA for future projects.

Eddie was great to speak with right off the bat and described to me all the correct ways to get my gutter repair done so he really resonated with me as doing quality work. I had a lowball quote with none of the quality details and a very high quote that had the quality but not a realistic price given the scope of the work so I didn't want to go with those companies. Eddie delivered a price that was right on the mark in terms of work and value. His crew ended up being able to do the work earlier than anticipated and my gutter now looks a lot better and is functioning properly. The crew checked in with me when they arrived and did the work without leaving any mess in the yard behind, very professional. I will not hesitate to call them back for more work on the house.

The poet Maya Angelou said, “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” This is true for me and EMA Construction. I don't remember the tasks they performed, but I do remember liking them very much. My apologies for not remembering the details, but I am crystal clear on what is important, the work has long since been finished and I still remember that I was happy to have worked with them.

I accepted EMA's estimate and they installed the gutter covers. EMA was very professional, friendly and very knowledgable. Not only did they do the work in a timely matter, they called me after the work was completed to ensure I was satisfied with the work and the product. I wouldn't hesitate do business with them again.

Excellent! Eddie came out ready to take care of it but the weather was very uncooperative and chose to rain the whole day. This was on Friday but Eddie came back on Monday and replaced the defective downspout without me even noticing. We had communicated on Friday that whichever day was not raining and whatever was easier for him that he would come and replace it and I would not have to be home for it to be done. In the picture section below, note the mangled downspout that needed to be replaced, this is the bottom picture ending in 65. In the top picture you will see that Eddie replaced it with brand new and fixed it so it wouldn't come out and it ends in 67. Why their order was reversed, I don't know. This was the only thing I needed from the package I had purchased and it was worth every penny! Had I tried doing it myself, it still would've been a project five years from now.

Great, Eddie Allen did great Job and was very friendly, professional and honest. He gave me honest life remaining estimate on roof. Would recommend them highly. Will definitely consider EMA Constuction in future when git root replacement.

I paid for two hours of work. Job took much less than an hour

It went really well, for the cost. I would hire Ed's company again if everybody was like Ed.

very timely and friendly. repaired downspout and cleaned gutters. took pictures and provided an estimate of other recommended repairs of window areas and brick of chimney. also provided name and number of chimney company. appreciated the work and information.

Perfect. More done, and better than expected. Eddie is a straight-up trustworthy guy.

Assessments and work was completed efficiently and all of my questions were answered.
