Most important, when a misunderstanding emerged about the extent of the work to be done, EMA agreed to do the additional work I needed at no additional cost to me. They put my satisfaction first. Eddie, Val, Pat, and Brian were great to work with. Val was patient and helped with design changes while Pat and Brian were hard charging installers. EMA isn’t the cheapest out there but they are fair and thorough. Our Hardie install was not a small job but part of an entire home remodel. I trust EMA and would gladly work with them again.

We had siding replaced and a gutter repair completed. The new James Hardy siding looks great and the installer was extremely professional and did a nice job explaining what was being done, how long the project would take etc. For gutter repair, we had a very unique roof design that made fixing the leak very challenging. It took a couple of attempts/approaches to fix the leak. Along the way EMA was very responsive and continued to work through different solutions until the leak was resolved

It went very well, they showed up early, and had the materials delivered. They replaced the cedar trim on the corners of my house with Hardie concrete trim. After that they painted the trim to match the original trim color. Cleaned up and were done by 5 pm. The woodpeckers will not be please, but I am.

Eddie, Tony and their crew replaced our gutters and installed leaf guards. I was So pleased with their work and professionalism I rehired them to remove a skylight and to repair our downspouts and reinforce drains. I would definitely recommend them.

We have used EMA several times and we have always found them to be responsive and very quick. This last time we had them replace the decorative exterior trim over our windows and door. It looks amazing! We will use them again in the future.

Eddie and his team were excellent. Their follow up was very quick and they were able to work me into their schedule much sooner than expected. The on-site crew was professional and very hard-working despite extreme heat. Serval days after they completed the job, Ely came back and told me that he was not personally satisfied that the job was 100% complete. He spent more time to do additional work which far exceeded my expectations. The work was thorough, complete and very high quality. The communication, follow up, work ethic and professionalism were top notch. Dealing with Eddie and his team restored my faith in hiring contractors. They said what they would do, did what they said and then came back and did more and made me a very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend EMA and look forward to working with them again.

I had EMA do gutter work 5 years ago. Companies with honesty and integrity are hard to come by. It was a no brainer to keep Eddie's card. He was the only one I called when I had siding blow off during the recent wind storm. Eddie was more than willing to make sure I knew all my options. He inspected my roof and found one spot that needed attention. In a time when successful companies aren't willing to waste time on the smaller repairs, I was treated as if mine was just as important. The repair work was completed in the same week, quickly and efficiently. When it comes time to replace my roof, EMA will be my choice.

Excellent! Eddie Allen and his company did a fantastic job! People walking down the street all the time comment how wonderful the makeover looks. His team was conscientious, on time, on budget and a pleasure to work with. They cleaned up their "mess" afterward and kept us informed throughout the job. EMA is one of three major installers of James Hardie Board in our area. They were not the cheapest bid, but they turned out to be the best bid. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to all.

EMA is a fantastic company to work with, the reviews don't do them justice. Eddie returned our initial call later in the evening and came out within a day or so to give us an estimate. We showed Eddie the areas around the house that concerned us. He then inspected our roofing, gutters, and siding; walked us thru the additional areas of concern, and the repair process. The work crew at EMA are amazingly fast and very friendly. Any questions I had they took the time to explain what was going on and how it protects the house. You couldn't ask for a better group of guys. The job started Monday and they were done Tuesday afternoon. They cleaned everything up and walked us around the house to showcase the new gutters and siding. When the roof needs replacement in a few years, I'm calling them back out.

Very well with good follow up service

Removal of aged or rotted wood and under layment went well except for landscape protection. Installation of new siding and structural material was performed with detailed skill and precision by courteous and artisan wood workers. The crew finished with a detailed cleanup of the property.

We were not impressed at the time the work was done, but that was because the workers left nails and discarded shingles all over our yard. But we discovered serious problems when we were home during recent rainstorms and heard water dripping on our first floor ceiling (in a two story house). My husband went into the attic crawl space and discovered that they had not installed the vent from the hot water tank properly. Other roof vents openings simply had shingles placed over them, rather than being boarded over. Anyone walking up on the roof would have fallen through. Insulation and wood in the attic are wet. We also had to have new downspouts installed last year because the size of the downspouts that ema used was too small for the gutters they installed, and water was spilling over the gutter edges whenever it rained. Although we are still under a 10 year warranty for labor, according to our receipt, we did not, and will not have this company come back to do the repairs.

They did a professional installation of new Hardie siding needed on my home. These guys pay attention to the details and fixed all the issues I was having with the old siding.

Everything was great...our roof looks awesome
