Description of Work: I called the company for an estimate to replace siding. A date was given Eddie came out very nice and easy to talk to. We walked together and I showed him section that needed attention ASAP. I asked for prices to do entire house, front of house and back of house. All three estimates were given. Prices was reasonable I opted to have the damaged section done first only because I wanted to pay cash. From time of estimate the job started within a 2 week period. The crew did a great job cleaning afterwards. I will call them after the weather breaks to complete the rest. The job went well and the house looks great.

Description of Work: Replaced wood siding on parts of our house. They were excellent to work with. They responded promptly and were very professional. We will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: checked roof because we were experiencing leaks. Fixed some shingles and some flashing and some nails. Unfortunately our problem was not fixed by these steps and we need to have further work done. We knew that was a possibility, however.

Description of Work: EMA Construction cleaned my gutters. I was called when they came to the house and when they completed the job. I did not need to be present. I did explain where I thought gutters needed to be looked at and adjusted (nailed back to the house frame). Not sure I conveyed this information properly.

Description of Work: Purchased a Big Deal for a gutter cleaning and roof inspection. I was not present at the time but gutters were cleaned and an estimate left to repair the way the shingles were installed near the gutter. The previous roof was not installed correctly and water was flowing behind the gutters. I understood everything they said and agreed with them the work needed to be done. I thought the estimate was reasonable and would have proceeded with the work except there were higher priority repairs that needed to be completed. When I get to the point that the gutter repair can be completed I would contact EMA again to get another estimate and would be willing to use them.

Description of Work: Needed a quote on gutter. repair, replacement etc. he then looked at the roof and said we needed a new roof that it was in bad shape. I don't doubt his assessment on that but i wanted primarily a quote on the gutters and a sofit repair. He said he would get that quote to me no later that "next Wednesday" that was over 2 weeks ago approximately. I left a text message for him asking where my quote was and still waiting. They seemed professional and fair but gosh you have operate under the rule of thumb under promise and over deliver . They have over promised and under delivered.

Description of Work: They had to replace 2 pieces of siding. He matched the siding and color and installed them. I couldn't ask for any better service.

Description of Work: I really don't know how things went. The vendor, to his credit, did not recommend his services in installing a roof dam. But he could not explain why ice would form at the edges of our roof/gutters. I did not know enough about construction to ask questions that might have distinguished our problem from the problems he was prepared to correct. I really can't say what services he provided except that he appeared to have inspected the roof. I really don't think that my experience can be used to judge the performance of this contractor one way or another so I prefer to decline making any declarations about the service provided. Although I have checked "C" for overall performance, please ignore this rating as I was forced to make some rating.

Description of Work: Eddie made some repairs on my house siding and gutters. He also made few extra adjustments at no cost. He took some measurement and provided a quote to install eaves and soffit vinyl covering as well as new gutters. When it comes time to pull the trigger on new coverings, I will certainly consider E.M.A. Construction.

Description of Work: Very well. the roof was checked out and the gutters cleaned out.
