Description of Work: "This is a small firm that is big on commitment. I was very pleased with the fact that my siding job was not too small for them. They do not sublet their siding work, it was done by folks within the company. An excellent job, and a pleasure to deal with them.

Description of Work: Contract performed high quality repair work on wood siding and soffits at a historic home, but they were hard to communicate with and set appointments with. It was a struggle to get them scheduled to do the work. Work was completed very quickly, once they got to the job site.

Description of Work: Replaced some siding and re-attached other siding. Replaced trim on garage doors. fixed leaking roof. Good work for a good price. Also had them quote new construction of a second attached garage but they came back way high on price for that job so I did not contract them for that.

Description of Work: Purchased the $89.00 roof package deal. Eddie was professional and prompt. There were a few issues with out roof which Eddie corrected. Well worth the money. He also updated us on the general condition of our shingles which was very helpful. Would definitely use his services again

Description of Work: Eddie performed an exterior house inspection. He pointed out issues, made suggestions and small repairs, and went above and beyond when just that morning we'd discovered part of the roof vent had blown loose. He secured the roof vent, ensuring I wouldn't experience any water damage until I could get a new roof installed. I was so pleased with Eddie, that I have secured EMA Construction to replace my roof.

Description of Work: I paid the initial cost on Angie's list and when the man got here he checked my roof. He was able to tack down a few shingles but said it would cost additional to have the gaskets around my roof stacks replaced and some shingles that were missing. They came back and made the repairs in a timely manner and everything has been dry since. The only problem was that I had to mail the payment to them since the man who did the work did not pick up the payment. They also gave me an estimate for other work that was a really good offer.
