This group was easy to work with and very responsive to our timing needs! Provided great service. We did not ultimately go with them for further work they had identified as we were able to get it done at significantly less cost via a friend, however, the package we purchased was well worth the cost, and I would feel no hesitation to use them for additional work when needed.

purchased the big deal for $149 for this contractor before Thanksgiving and was able to get an appointment today for the work to be done. original appointment was for 10 am and texted me that he would come by 11 am. once here, the rain stopped long enough for him to do the work. got his card, will keep him on my phone for any future repairs.

Great Service!! I would definitely recommend these guys. Eddie was a very big help in what I needed, where to find the siding, etc. Very easy to work with and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Appreciate everything he did.

He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was most helpful in providing what we wanted on a limited budget. I appreciated that he did not try to sell us what we did not need and could not afford at this time. I was contacted very quickly by the company to schedule the service, and Eddie was able to accomodate my schedule very well. He called the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way, and he was right on time for when the appointment was scheduled. He was very thorough, and spent over an hour completely checking out and repairing all of my pointed out trouble spots. He was very professional, personable, and courteous, and definitely exceeded my expectation on things that I needed done. I would definitely work with this company again.

The guys showed up as scheduled and did their evaluation. I had found an area that needed work between the estimate and the start of work and Eddie called me very propmly with a new estimate for that repair and several other places. Although the cost was pretty high, we wanted to make sure we had everything replaced that was bad. The work was perfomed promptly and they were done a day ahead of schedule. They even had the primer tinted to match our house color, so we didn't receive a nastygram from Blue Ash. We had a couple of little cleanup issues and Eddie addressed these promptly and to our satisfaction. We had one issue with some new trim that did not match the existing and Eddie and I discussed and replaced the remaining old trim in that area to match the new (FYI to Angie's List folks - it appears that some of the board dimensional specs have changed since our hose was built (1980), so if you get a quote, have Eddie check that). I did not rate price, as we did not get any other estimates and the scope of the job changed. Overall we had a very good experience and I would definitely recommend EMA and will have them do work fo us in the future.

We spoke to Eddie Allen while we were researching local roofing contractors and were impressed with his professionalism and willingness to work with us. As we were only replacing the front half of our roof, he explained the options we could pursue and his recommendations for our home. We quickly made the decision to move forward with EMA Construction, not because they were the cheapest, but because we felt very comfortable working Eddie and we view him as someone we can trust. We then scheduled the work approximately one week out. Due to some weather, we had to move our job back a couple of days. Once the weather cooperated, the work at our home was completed within one day. We had a couple minor things we asked Eddie to follow up on, including a small area that we thought may have been needed to be addressed on the half of our roof that we were not planning to replace. Eddie followed up with us the same day and stopped by our home to make sure everything was taken care of properly and we were pleased with the work that had been done. We would not hesitate to work with Eddie and EMA Construction again. They offered a competitive price, were always timely, and delivered a quality product. Most of all, we feel that Eddie we a person we can trust.

We had contracted with EMA Construction in the fall of 2013 hoping to have the work completed before winter set in. The weather did not cooperate. By the time the winter weather broke, we were into the middle of March. The work began on March 18th and took 7-8 workdays to complete. Once the project began, we discovered additional wood that needed replacing. Eddie Allen was there within the hour to discuss the additional costs with us. When the work was completed for the day, equipment and the mess was cleaned and swept away. Jamie, the foreman on the job, was pleasant to work with and answered all of our questions and concerns. We would not hesitate to hire EMA Construction for any construction needs we may have.

In preparation to selling our parents home, we needed to have the roof and siding replaced. Not knowing who to hire, we reviewed contractors on Angie's list. After interviewing two contractors, we decided to go with EMA Construction because the owner, Eddie Allen was very professional, responsive, and accommodating. He immediately returned my sister's phone call and met with her the very next day. The insurance company agreed to pay $16000 for the new roof and siding and Eddie was very accommodating in working within our budget and schedule. We needed to have the repairs done by the end of August, which was only 3 weeks out. Eddie delivers what he promises. His crew was very professional. They arrived on time every day, cleaned up after themselves and the work was completed on schedule - less than 2 weeks, as promised. We couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship. It looks great!! I highly recommend Eddie Allen and EMA Construction.

My clients continue to rave about his work. When I give a referral it is a reflection on me and my real estate business if it goes anything but great. I have never had a problem with Eddie. In real estate we speak about wow houses and pride of ownership shining though. In this referral, let me say that Eddie's pride of ownership from beginning to end shine through on and off the job. We added a second floor to our home and put up a whole new roof (trusses, decking and felt paper). Our time (and patience) ran out so we decided to pay someone to finish the shingles instead of completing it ourselves. Of course, we'd been having a lot of rainy weather so I was anxious to get the shingles up as fast as possible. I called ~10 roofers and each said there was a significant delay (1-3 months) to even get an estimate for a roofing job! I explained the situation to EMA on a Friday and the next Monday they were here doing the job! SUPER FAST and EFFICIENT! Moreover, they were very flexible with our job's specific needs. I would certainly use them again.

Eddie at EMA came to my home to look at and provide an estimate for siding repair and a window replacement. He was on time, very courteous, and listened to the scope of the intended job. He had a completed estimate sent to me via email the next day, and an actual hard-copy of the same estimate arrived in my mail two days later. Although I did go with another company for completing the work, I was very impressed by the professionalism at EMA. I will definitely call them again if the situation arises.

After speaking with several other contractors as well as checking Angie's List, we selected EMA Construction Company and Owner, Eddie Allen because of the ratings, their professional appearance, and business experience. Eddie's team and equipment were first class and able to perform the work needed in the short windows of good weather that we had in December. The completed work was above par and came in on budget. We are very pleased with the finished work. The house looks fantastic. We will not hesitate to use EMA Construction for future work and will recommend EMA Construction to friends and neighbors. Eddie responded promptly to our original call and was very easy to work with. His crew was clean and orderly and well supervised by Eddie or his crew chief. The job site was kept neat. Eddie's integrity, sense of humor and communication skills made him a pleasure to do business with.

I had EMA out to my house to get a quote for removing a load bearing wall. They were prompt and professional, but seemed a bit overwhelmed with this job. Their quote was low, which led me to think they weren't entirely sure about how they were going to handle the project. If I ever need a roof or siding, I would call these guys back

Eddie sent a crew out at the appointed time. The work was finished quickly and in good order. I have used Eddie in the past.

Eddie and his crew were outstanding. They did a great job. Always on time, cleaned up after themselves and took the time to walk me through the work they completed. The roof was done in a day and the gutters and chimney took one additional day. The chimney work was over and above the original estimate (had to replace more bricks than expected) and they did not come back and try to up the estimate. Their time, efforts and professionalism were appreciated.

Eddie Allen, owner, was very professional and punctual. We had a rain delay but he kept me informed of that. They finished the entire roof in one day and cleaned up after themselves. We have asked them to do a few other things around the house (like repair gutters).
