Everything went well from start to finish. Eddie was very easy to work with. He was up-front and honest about the job, the materials, and what kind of a time frame we were working with. There were no surprises and no hidden costs. Every person I dealt with from EMA was professional. I've been waiting to write a review until we had some solid rain that would test the work. I'm very pleased with the job that was done and would recommend EMA to anyone.

My experience was Great!! I got 3 estimates and went with the least expensive, when that contractor didn't show and the work needed to be done before the painters came I called EMA and they were able to accomodate my job with very short notice. Ema got me out of a bind to say the least.

Eddie nailed the aluminum siding back onto the house. We both felt this could solve my 2 water stains that were showing up on the garage ceiling. If this doesn't solve anything, then we will look into replacing the aluminum siding with vinyl siding. Eddie did not pressure me at all to replace it, which I appreciated. He said the gutters were clear, and he resealed 2 bathroom vents on the roof while he was up there, no extra charge. Eddie is knowledgeable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs.

came out to discuss and look at the concerns we had, we agreed on a plan, quote arrived by email. We printed & signed the quote, the work was scheduled & they came out to complete the job. All was done neatly, did not step on / disturb newly planted garden border, and problems we were having with drainage are now resolved.

I was very satisfied. They even removed a rubber ball that was stuck in the gutter that I didn't even know about. Grandkids forgot to tell me. I wasn't home when they did the work but the next time it rained there was no more waterfall.

Quoting was easy and pain free. The gentleman who came to the house was punctual and polite. He was also quoting the same work on my next door neighbor's house and offered a substantial discount if both were done at the same time. The price was half of what other reputable places had quoted, even without the discount, so I jumped on it right away. They responded to my emails quickly and once the work was confirmed, they wasted no time in coming out to do the work. The guys that came to the house were great. They came when they said they would, they were very polite, and they did great work. I had some questions, which they answered gratefully without making me feel rushed, even though it was hot out and I knew they still had the repairs on the neighbor's house to do. The replacement trim matches the existing siding color perfectly, which previously quoted contractors said couldn't be done due to fading. I'm extremely satisfied with the work performed and would hire them again, without question. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

Found the company on Angie's List. Called Eddie. he was very responsive even though this is a very small job for them. Gave me a quote within a couple days. Email so I could sign and return very easily. Swung by in between some other jobs and repaired my corner while I was at work. Called first to tell me they were coming. Wonderful experience. Easy. Fixed. I will definitely call them again.

He arrived on time and was very pleasant. I showed him the problem with the leak on the ceiling and he thought it could possibly be a gap between the chimney and the roof tiles. I asked him to look at the gutters while he was up there and get an estimate to clean the gutters and put covers over them. He was took pictures of the damage and showed me the problem area was the chimney. He explained throughly how the problem could be solved and said he would send me a quote for the work. I got the quote a week later and the price seemed fair. I'm moving forward to have him do the work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs.

The cause of our leak was explained and alternatives were discussed. This was very helpful because we weren't sure what was causing the leak. EMA sent an itemized follow-up detailing costs of fixing our problem. We are still exploring how to deal with this problem. The information provided was well worth the cost.

After having EMA clean our gutters we followed their advice and purchased permanent gutter covers. The job ran smoothly and efficiently.

It was fine. They were professional and courteous. They did an extended period from when we requested an estimate on the repairs. We had to follow-up on it. It took a few weeks.

I called and let them know my roof was 24'. The property was for sale and I needed some estimates. They were very prompt and professional turning around the estimate quickly. I did not use them due to the estimate being a little high, but I did like the service.

Eddie was very thorough, helpful, efficient and informative. He brought problems to my attention that I didn't notice and got everything all fixed up for me. He educated me on the gutter system we have (we just moved into our house).

They came out to do an estimate for the work, and upon seeing how little effort it would take, they went ahead and did the repairs/gutter cleaning on the spot. We appreciated not only the prompt, quality service, but also the price. A lot of companies might charge a minimum higher than what the actual cost of a small job is. EMA only charged for the actual work, and didn't make us pay an extra premium for coming out. They also checked out our roof and said it will need replacing within a couple of years. We'll definitely be considering them for that much higher-ticket job when the time comes!

The siding on this side of the house was poorly installed during construction of the property. Eddie checked the rest of the property to make sure that the siding didn't need replacement. The crew he sent was very professional and did a great job of installing and cleaning up afterward. I would recommend EMA Construction to anyone needing construction or home repair services.

Eddie arrived right on time. Inspected gutters, chimney and roof. Aligned one gutter that was collecting water and made recommendations on chimney work and leaf guard. Nailed and patched spots where necessary. Offered very helpful advice on maintenance and care. The price was great using an offer from Angie's List.

Job went smoothly and EMC pointed out areas of the gutters that needed repair or alignment. Will definitely contact again for additional work on our home.

Eddie, Jamie and the rest of the crew were incredibly helpful. Not only did they work with me during a super rainy period, but also checked in with me multiple times to let me know when they would be out, what the details were, and helped me sign everything via Columbus. Without EMA, my house would not have been able to close and sell.. They were great, helpful and kind.

I purchased this on the 14th, a weekend, and was contacted first thing on Monday. They were able to come out on Tuesday. Quick! I did not have any leaks that I know of, but my house is 10 years old and it was more for peace of mind. Eddie assured me that my roof was in good condition. He caulked a few places that the original roofer had missed. He told me he felt my roof would last another 7 years or so which was good to hear. My gutters were okay, but had some leaves in them. Even though gutter cleaning was not on the deal, he went ahead and did that at no charge as a thank you for my flexibility with the time. He gave me a quote for gutter guards that was very reasonable.

Once the weather cooperated, everything went very quickly and very nicely. The crew was first-rate and VERY polite! It was great!

E.M.A. came when they said they would, promptly notified me when they could not be here due to bad weather, finished the job when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of their work was excellent and they provided a 10 year warranty on workmanship. I would recommend E.M.A. and would use them in the future.

The gutter replacement was executed very professionally. EMA was responsive from the beginning while quoting the job all the way through even checking up on my satisfaction after install. The day of install, there were not any surprises and the crew did not leave any debris at all. EMA did quality work to repair my home at a fair price. Great value.

EMA crews did everything we discussed and it turned out very good. the work plan was explained to me beforehand so i understood exactly what they would be doing. the work was done on time and the quality was very good. they were responsive and completed the work in less time than we thought. very happy with the quality of work overall!!
