Very smoothly! Eddie was prompt with phone calls. He arrived on time for the job, made an assessment with me, with a nice explanation of the job. He fixed the damaged/fallen siding spot efficiently and at a very reasonable cost.

Great! Eddie was fair and thorough in his assessment of what was needed and completed the work as promised (time, budget, and quality). Eddie even cleaned out the gutters (no charge) and made some hold-over type minor repairs until he was able to schedule to work to be completed. Sue (office manager) was great with communications and billing.

Our gutters were overflowing and washing out our mulch/landscaping. We have had several hard rains since the installation of the higher capacity gutters. They seem to have solved our problem...no overflow! The installers were respectful and did not damage our landscaping. Great experience!

EMA was very prompt. They came on time and finished the work in a timely fashion. Workers were polite and neat. All was cleaned up and I could barely tell they were here except the work was done. I initially was not happy with the flashing color. As soon as I expressed my feelings they were accommodating and helpful. They came back the next day and replaced. Eddie then called to confirm I was satisfied. Overall a good experience. Will hire them again in the future.

E.M.A. installed several gutters along with Shur Flo Gutter Guards at my house. Their workmanship was impeccable. They are at the top of my list of contractors that I have worked with. I strongly recommend this company.

Our house needed new gutters and some other repairs. We originally looked at a large Gutter supplier but felt it was too high priced without getting any other areas of our house repaired. EMA was able to provide us with new gutters and provide removal of old and damaged wood siding. They did an amazing job and our home looks incredible. EMA was professional, prompt and reliable. The construction was done on time and everything was completed beyond our expectations. I am so glad we did not go with the high sales pitch gutter company because I would have paid only for gutters and not gotten anything else finished on the house. I would definitely use EMA if I have future construction projects.

Work was done on time and with high quality. The crew was friendly, professional, and quick to explain their work; which was important as we had no prior experience with the cement fiber board. Clean-up afterwards was quick and thorough. Outcome looks great and my wife and I were very pleased. Costs were competitive and met our expectations. We would definitely work with this provider again.

Due to water damage to the two chimneys, this project became more involved than originally quoted. When the EMA team remaboved damaged siding, it was apparent that some of the chimney structure, and most of the plywood backing and siding would need to be replaced. EMA did a good job of communicating these developments to me. Eddie responded quickly with a revised estimate to complete the job, ordered the needed materials, and the crew was able to keep working. With all the issues they faced, EMA was able to complete this job in a timely manner. A strong team was assigned to this job, and the site leader (Jamie) was very knowledgeable and decisive at every new found problem. I would not hesitate to use EMA Construction for any future work.

Went well. Very nice finish and have received complements from neighbors on the project. We priced three providers. EMA was not quite the lowest (but close), but we felt was worth the slightly higher cost. EMA's success meant we had to wait several weeks to get them on site (but we knew this coming in). Once they were on site, they worked expeditiously to get through the project. The on-site foreman Jamie explained the work and was a real craftsman. One "change order" arose during the work. We came to a fair, negotiated price for the added work. One tip: if you have siding installed on your house, make sure you take frames/photos off the walls inside your house. The hammering can knock these off the wall. We didn't experience any damage during the install, but luckily the work started in an area that didn't have anything valuable hanging on the opposite interior wall.

EMA did a tremendous and professional job, from the small things to the large things. Timely and competitive estimate, arrived as scheduled, completed the work on time, and did a expert job replacing and priming the siding. Highly recommended.

Eddie did a fine job assessing the outside of our home. He did fix the siding as requested and we asked him to clean the gutters and secure any that were loose too. He talked to my husband about gutter protection and we expect an estimate very soon. The outside is "good as new" again!!!

I contacted E.M.A. Construction using the contact form on their website. Eddie contacted me promptly and we scheduled a visit to estimate the required service. Eddie was courteous and personable and after viewing the areas of siding that required repairs he suggested a couple of specials they were running which would be a better value for me. I purchased one of the deals that he suggested and was promptly contacted to schedule an appointment. We had to reschedule because of rain once but communication for the reschedule was excellent. Eddie arrived on schedule and completed the required repairs, and even did a couple of unrelated repairs that required a ladder, which I did not feel comfortable doing myself because of the height. Eddie went over all of the repairs with me to confirm that all of my issues were resolved. He even did a quick review of my roof and suggested that I consider an inspection in the near future as he noticed significant wear on some of the shingles. I was very pleased with the interaction with E.M.A., the work done and the value. I will use E.M.A. In the future. I highly recommend them to any one requiring a service that they provide.

I talked with Eddie on the phone to schedule the appointment. He was very friendly and accommodating when we discussed what I needed done. He came out on the scheduled day and looked over the things with the roof, siding, and gutters that concerned me. I feel he went above and beyond to see that my needs were met. He provided me with detailed information regarding my gutters and presented a few suggestions for the future which was helpful. Very honest and straightforward person. I would definitely hire EMA again for other work.

Most of the details are included above. The most surprising thing was his pointing out a small problem not associated with the roof and his offer to fix it as part of his service. I was astounded by that offer and he certainly convinced me that he would be reasonable and fair.

Eddie arrived within the time frame scheduled and was pleasant and professional. We first walked around the house and I pointed out a few areas that I especially wanted him to pay attention to. He then started his inspection and completed the repairs that I had pointed out. At the end of his inspection he gave me some recommendations for future upkeep and mentioned some things that should be addressed in the near future. I was satisfied with his work and appreciated his advice.

I'm very pleased with my experience with this company. EMA was quick to respond to my calls and scheduled the work much sooner than I expected. They offered reasonable pricing for the amount of work requested. A crew of four employees were prompt, efficient, professional and very friendly. I asked if they would haul away an aluminum awning that had been sitting on the side of my house and they gladly did. I am very happy with the final results and plan on hiring EMA Construction again for future home repairs and projects. They are a great company with an excellent crew of employees!

Setting the appointment was courteous and thoughtful concerning our need to get the job done quickly. Eddie showed up on time, was courteous again, friendly and very professional. He completed the task efficiently and quickly ( 45 minutes) putting the siding back to its original appearance. He cleaned up the mess and left.
